This is selective misogyny, pure and simple. I have worked with “andro” females and that genetic variation is what makes them great athletes along with incredible dedication to their sports.
Imagine the opposite, a man required to take testosterone because he is a bit to “fem” to compete with other men.

This is tantamount to penalizing for athletes with a fast or slow twist bias, longer or shorter muscle bellies, natural VO2 advantages and the like.

The world continues down a very dark path, getting darker.
