If im on 200 mgs of tren ace and 300 mgs of test e a week. Is there any way in hell I could drop from 20% bodyfat to 12% in 8 weeks? What would my food need to look like? Im 262

What's your height? Are you more muscle than fat or vice versa? How long and are you currently consistent with working out?

Definitely would be a tall order. I would try a precontest diet regimen. A lot of cardio, water and hard work. Harder than it sounds.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI totally agree with max on this. Pretty much the same thing I was going to say. If you did everything right you could probably hit 15% but who knows. We need more input from you. Especially if you want answers that are more in-depth and informative.

First off steroids first and foremost are not the answer period your dosages are correct I will right on point I think you should learn to diet correctly and get some of the weight off first. Then come back and run the cycle. I have recently signed up for a show and I am in pretty good shape at my age but I am learning a whole new respect for guys that do this year round year after year. The diet aspect of this has to be there with the cardio it is a lot harder than you think.

Regardless of the compound I can almost change my physique drastically in either direction by simply adding or subtracting with my macros.
If you want to seriously and significantly lower your body fat percent dial, I would change the ratios with your proteins, carbohydrates and fats.. make the majority of your caloric intake with proteins, and I would incorporate a HITT cardio routine..

That means loosing around 5 lb.'s of fat a week or being in a 2500 calorie deficit a day. Very tall order I would think.

IDK if that's a realistic goal.... But I believe in breaking the standards so fucking go for it.... But it will require a shit ton of hard work. Pre contest diet would be best like the others have said. A diet of mainly proteins, pre and post workout carbs and some good fats....what peels the fat off me is fasted cardio... Fasted Hiit actually.... It's all depending on how hard can you go and how much of your diet and mentality are you willing to sacrifice. I believe in you brother. Go for it!

Keto and clen will get you looking leaner quick, a lot will be water but based on your time restriction I'm guessing your trying to look good for an occasion

262 x 20% = 52lbs of fat
242 x 12% = 29lbs of fat
23lbs of fat is around 80k cals. So you need a deficit of 10k a week, that is a very tall order. You could prob pull it off a few weeks but i dont think its going to be repeatas ble for 8 weeks. A typical cut is at a 500 daily caloric deficit, you would need 3x that level.
It might be possible with a moderate deficit plus the cycle plus 200 mg/day DNP. It won't be fun, but it's possible.
