Hello ,

I have had a couple of scary/uncomfortable experiences post injection of about 5 IU hGH where my palms and soles get sweaty, I get irritable, anxious, nauseated , I think its symptoms of hypoglycemia. I immediately have have to drink some Gatorade and lie down, this happens about 10 to 15 minutes after the intramuscular injection of the HGH (5IU) . Should I decrease the dosage? I have been using 1 mL of bacteriostatic water to reconstitute the 10 IU vial and I have being injecting 0.5 mL (5IU) every night before bed.

could the mechanism be IGF-1 Somatomedin C induced hypoglycemia ?

has anyone else experienced anything similar to this when using hGH ?

has anyone else experienced anything similar to this when using hGH ?Do you have a glucose meter?
And if not get one...start there.
you should always find out for yourself what's going on with your own body.

yeah I have two blood glucose meters but at the time when I was experiencing the symptoms I wasn't even thinking about checking it . I just wanted to know if anyone had a similar post hGH injection experience .

When I go hypo I get shaky, my face gets cold and clammy but I start sweating like crazy. I am told my face goes extra white and pale looking... I get slightly dizzy and my equilibrium skews slightly. I experience nausea and I get slightly disoriented. My head feels like it has cotton in it...

I always keep honey sticks/packets nearby and within minutes of eating it the symptoms quickly subside. Completely.

Was it a normal Gatorade? Gatorades and most of the sports drinks are filled with horrible chemicals as well as boatloads of high fructose corn syrup. I highly suggest alternate avenues.

As for hgh causing that to happen, I’ve never personally experienced it, nor have I heard of anyone who has experienced that afterwards.

Imo if it’s happening multiple times on the same compound, but not all the time, then you can either use yourself as a test dummy and science the shit out of it, until you figure out all the variables and factor in everything you’re doing, using, consuming, BP and BG prior too and then after dosing, to seek a possible cause... or you can abandon ship on what you’re currently into and let your body reset from it...

If it was me, never experiencing it, to then experiencing it more than once, I’m moving on. I wouldn’t trust it from that time forward.

Any particular reason you’re going IM? Not SubQ? (More for my curiosity)

Yeah it was a normal gatorade. It was all I had access to at the time .

I only have done 3 "cycles" of hGH and have always administered the injections intramuscular. I might try the subcutaneous route.

When I was doing the hGH serum test for this particular brand I shot 10 IU and about 10-15 minutes after the injection I experienced similar symptoms. I had to take a benzodiazepine because it was so nerve wracking, then about three hours later when I went to the blood testing Labcorp office my serum growth hormone level was about 31.9 ng/mL. which shows that the vial did indeed have growth hormone in it.

some possible options that I can think of are

1) [Blood glucose] decreasing rapidly because of IGF-1 release ?

2) acute hypersensitivity reaction to the hGH itself or one of it's other constituent ingredients? or my body producing antibodies against the exogenous hGH?

3) symptoms of hyperinsulinemia because of the hGH induced insulin resistance?

4) these hGH vials are overdosed ?

Whats strange and confusing is on April 2 and April 3 I administered 5 IU (IM) in my deltoid and experience no problems or symptoms.
