I often would ask myself if Taurine actually aided in the prevention of cramping. Let me just say...Holy Hell I cant walk. I let my supply run out a few days ago and last night my hamstring seized up and while I was sleeping my calf seized up. So painful and seemed like it would never release. I will never again underestimate the importance of Taurine again. For me anyway, it is a must have. Anyone else have similar thoughts?

Yes!! Completely agree ZOOT...I've seen my better half run out for just 2-3 days during clen cycle and exactly as your describing occurred. Never again and also add in some potassium supplement helped.
