if im running 500 mg sus weekly should i inject say monday and thursday 250 mg each, thats how i inject cyp and enanthate so i im asking?
i have lots of confusion on this and want to do it proper

You can sust has short and long esters. Some pin it every 3.5 days and some pin it eod. Personally I don’t like pinning that often so I would pin e3.5d
