I took a break from lifting due to my work scheadule for 3 months now I am starting to get back into the swing of things. Should I slowly ramp up my calorie intake to 4000 (where it was before my break) or should I slowly make my calorie intake ramp up over the next 3 or 4 weeks while this is my first week back now?
before the break I was 204 11%bf im 5'11 now im 186 12%bf. Any help would be appreciated.

You wanna grow, you gotta eat, ramp it up to 3000 for a week then 4000. Because thats alotta food im sure your stomach needs to stretch a little to fit it all in.

Make good use of your blender and get plenty of nutrient-rich shakes in. As far as caloric intake---keep it proportional to the intensity of your workouts. If you're at 100%, then you're going to need that food for muscle repair, especially if you're on cycle.

Get them all in. Your body is going to need it to grow.

Exactly. You need that engine running down the track with good momentum before you throw the extra coals on. Its a process.
