I know that the pill/hormones are the issue with my bf as it is around my glutes thighs triceps calves area. Have been told by a pt aspell.
I have been cutting for a bit have a 4pack on and off but not sure how to get rid of the fat that is in these areas a bit more easily.
I am fasting doing hiit weights have done few clean cycles etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has been a problem for ages. thanKyou

your going to think this really silly....but.....my sister (who's big not built) and has big feet too, buys her shoes online from shops that cater to Drag Queens......her feet are a size 11.5 and cannot simply buy shoes in regular shops, so she could source boots online from these.

Lol. Well I can lift some pretty heavy shit and I haven't turned into a bloke yet. I get a few negative comments when I make a young dude look weak. Other than that, maybe just hang out with stronger people. I find strong ppl like other strong ppl.
