Stanazolol causing gyno???

I started taking some MPL stanazolol orals alone (no test) for a pre-workout + to assist in making some dry lean gains. It's been barely 2 days and I've developed a painful lump under my left nipple already. I am taking nothing else. Stanazolol isn't supposed to aromatize so what is the go? Would it most likely be dianabol or something else?

Sup brother. I’ve never taken stanazolol before but I recently had a hard lump develop under my nipple and meaty left chest.

What I can say is that I no longer have the hard lump or the meaty chest.

I just took nolvadex for 6 weeks while staying on cycle. Completely gone now.

As said above most likely it's dbol or something else. Impossible for winny to do that.
