Seen some claim they’ve gained 10lbs of lean muscle from this. How long were they on it? I just plan on 3-4 weeks. Seems a little far fetched. Also how long did the strength gains last? Did they start to disappear almost immediately after your cycle or did they linger on for a bit?

Up the calories intake and take sdrol and yes u will gain! Good clean muscle. Strength is great I'm running it now 20mg daily split the dose

I think 10 lbs mass is a attainable goal people that say 30 lbs in a month are dreamers lol

yes Test Cyp. I’m on TRT. How much Test should I run?I am on T.R.T and I do 250 mgs weekly test cyp and every 4 months I do anadrol for 5 weeks and I never lose any muscle I think the T.R.T doses keep it around

Agreed. People say “ oh man as soon as you stop dbol or anadrol you lose your gains rapidly”. This is a crock of shit. As long as i stimulate the muscle and keep my test dose at a reasonable level i keep every Ounce of muscle gained while I’m coming off my blast.

It comes down to diet training and lastly gear as long as all three are present you will keep most of your results.

Kick started my blast with it packed on a solid 1 1/2kg a week @20mg pre workout

quickly feel like shit though.

Know a few people running psl superdrol. 10lbs is definitely attainable. Depends on your diet and training!
Remember superdrol is a carb monster.
The more carbs you take in the more size you will see.
Personally i love the strength benefits and use it more for a recomp. Changes are dramatic.

Even more than ten pounds is possible in 4 weeks but my concern is why? Why are you looking for some “magic bullet”? The motivation and why always gives me pause with potential clients.

What?!? Yeah of course everything looks better when you’re lean, but even if you’re puffy 10lbs of muscle is a lot and noticeable. Not just with your peers but with yourself and how your clothes might fit.
