Do you guys/gals see a point in doing one off cycles (like one a year), or do you think it's damaging the body for little to no results in the end? cheers

There are bodybuilders that do 20 week cycles just to compete and then come off completely during off season but thats there job so im sure that for 20 weeks they are goin haarrrrddd af on the sauce and a bunch of other shit. But hey whatever works for you.

One a year is perfectly fine. You don’t need to be on 24/7. Just make sure to keep that diet dialed in and put in the work at the gym. If not, THEN you would be wasting time and money.

Make sure to do a proper pct

Make sure u do a thorough complete PCT & train just as hard off as u do on.
There is nothing wrong at all with 1 cycle per year.
