Help reading my bloods please, also dick issues :(

Hey, I got some bloodwork back for test and estrogen. I’m on approx 300mg test e per week. Have had massive troubles with sex drive and erections. Not really planning on coming off, just a forever cruise (yes I know 300mg is a high cruise, I will drop back to 200)
But I can’t figure out what my issues are for libido. Prior to the bloods I thought my estrogen was high cos I haven’t ran anything for estrogen in years. So my plan was to bomb adex until I feel it crash(which I haven’t felt any horrible crash sides) and then know where my sweet spot is after that . So I did about 4mg adex per week for 2 weeks(reliable source), felt not much dif, stopped adex for about 4 days, then got my bloods.
Also I’ve recently found out I got high blood pressure, like averaging 150/70. So I gotta fix that up. Viagra and cialis do Notting for my dick though as my libido just ain’t there even when presented with the finest pussy right infront of me

I cant tell your E2. Level on chart is it crashed...that may be part your prob if it is...you gotta have some estrogen for sex drive

Yea but I’ve been like this sexually for months. I’ve only been using adex for 2 weeks. And there’s been no dif in sex drive or boner strength. I can read the test bloods but the estrogen one confuses me as there isn’t a reference range, just a limit? Plus, reference ranges prob don’t mean shit, I’m assuming ur estro levels should be in sync with ur test levels somewhat? Higher test in system would allow for slightly higher acceptable estro levels? Like a ratio or some shit?

And also you could have elavated prolactin...you dont necessarily need to be running nor19s to have them elavated a bit..

Thats tough....need to know your number...the test is good...shouldnt be having issues...unless E2 too high or too low....but could be prolactin as well.... I've had my prolactin elevated a little bit even when I wasn't running nor 19 due to my estrogen being elevated...little caber helped... you can have your prolactin checked at private MD labs for like fifty bucks if you can't have your doctor or Endo do it

Sounds to me like your E2 was high so u felt like shit & then for some reason u decided to crash it (which doesn't make sense to me) so u feel like shit.
Dont take any AI for a few days the take aromasin @ 12.5mg E3d for a little bit & then get estro checked again, aim to have e2 on the high side of acceptable.

Proviron seems to always help with libido issues.
Cialis will help you with the blood pressure and ED.

You need to get a better lab that will Test e2 and give you a specific value. 300mg per wk is a high TRT dose and your probably or were high, as you need some adex each day you pin. Start with .25 x2 and work up from there every 2-3wks once you level out. But, you could be crashed as 4mg is a high dose for 300mg T a wk. Adex takes time to work and when crashed, will take time to regulate.
