It also causes higher spikes since it releases quickly.... so I'm not sure.

Honestly it's an interesting question but you can get it on both. One potential benefit to running a short ester is that it will clear quicker if you do have issues. Either way I wouldn't make it the deciding factor on what you use.

i am not making it a deciding factor just that i ran long esters a few cycles and never any gyno and i just started a test prop/npp/tren a cycle and feelin some soreness in nipple area but hopefully just in my mind

From a scientific point of view when you introduce a large amount of hormone into a body ie 200mg test c. The body goes into utilization mode for that much hormone. This often leads to increased estrogen and or DHT depending on the product. The time release of long esters still do aromatize but a slower release of hormone allows for the body to utilize the hormone a lot better. This is why we use test c for trt. My advanced pharmacology book said this but a lot more scientific.

My friend, either use short ester and use more frequently regarding injection. Or use large ester, inject less. Everyone is sensitive to estrogen in their own way so I can’t speak for you but have AI on deck because regardless what ester, with the doses us gorillas use, estrogen will rise....and there will be blood lol jk
