Hey guys iv been using a powder source for a while but he got out of the business. I was put in contact with a ukrain company and decided to try it out. When funds where sent i recived a message saying i must insure parcel for a certain amount (over how much the powder was) and i will be refunded. i talked to the pharm guy id been emailing actually over the phone but he spoke broken english and could not get much other then the money is needed to ship parcel. This sounds like crap. anyone know bout this?
