Only way I see is through atm and they rape you with the fees.

Use Coinbase to transfer into your bank after you verify account .
Takes a couple days .
EGifter is a good way to dispose of extra Bitcoins .

Order an ATM Debit card from Paypal..

When you cash it out to PayPal.. it hits almost instantly.. and you don't get raped like using Bitcoin ATM.. which charges like $25 per $100 you want to withdraw.

You just pay normal atm fees when you use PayPal atm card at any atm.
