So last night after doing some numbers in my head and keeping some future obligations in my mind I came to the conclusion its best to start my cycle now. This log wont be much different from daily log except I will put more effort towards logging my food for you guys and covering how the drugs are working and affecting me whether it he good or bad.

So starting stats
6' 212lbs
BF%, scale says 19% but I think it could be a couple percent lower if I go by the mirror so we'll say 17-19%.

Current training style is DC so 1 heavier working set done with rest pause to failure. Some body parts I cant fo as heavy as I like due to injuries and limited equipment but rest assured the sets are taken to an uncomfortable place so I know I will induce growth.

Now for the good stuff, this cycle will be 14 weeks dosages will he as follows
Test E- 215mgs/week
EQ- 390mgs/week
Mast E- 140mgs/week
Superdrol- 20mgs/day for the first 30 days

That brings the oils to a total of 745mgs of anabolics a week which will be split into 2 shots. The superdrol comes to 140mgs a week, doses will be split 10mg am and pm.

Although this is the highest amount of anabolics I've ran at one time on a mg basis this cycle should pretty mild. This is my first time using superdrol and EQ so I'm excited to see how it goes.

Breakfast for today, grapefruit juice with my dose of superdrol and viagra. Gotta make every little bit count. Yes I took superdrol and viagra together......something is going to get wreaked here in a bit just not sure if it the weights or the wifes vagina lol.

Nothing wrong with low dose..lol but the test at 215mg ? Or 250...
Thats about the minimum eq that youll see results and their gonna take a while...but you can assess weather or not youll get any anxiety bouts...lets do it bruthaa

Warm Up with bike sprints to get a lot of blood in the legs
Pull Ups w/ 20lb vest x8,x3,x3,x1
Split Squats w/ 40lb DBs x12,x5,x2 for each leg
DB OH Press 40s x16,x7,x6,x4
BB Shrugs 225lbs x20,x9,x7,x4
Calf Raises holding 40lb DBs x22,x13,x10
Stretched the muscles after each big set.

Then drank a homemade mass gainer shake after the workout.45098

Because of the increase in RBC which most steroids do just EQ does it to a higher degree from my understanding.

So my diet and macros were good until I went to a birthday party for a family friend. No big deal I had the usual hotdogs, fried chicken, salad, chips and dip, cake and cupcakes, etc. So I'm guessing I'm in a surplus and got in plenty of protein today. Back to normal tomorrow. I will take my evening dose of SD when I get home then head to head gotta lay brick with my dad again tomorrow.

Made a meal replacement shake to take to dads while helping lay brick and I'll still probably burn right through it as far as calories go.45111

Appreciate it brother. I cant wait to go back to volume workouts. I'm not a fan of heavier weight low volume but I know my body needs it every 4-8 weeks to resensitize to the high reps and keep growing from them. Plus I use that as an opportunity to cut the carbs back down a bit dont need to be making myself diabetic lol

Today's total calories was 3600 which puts me in a roughly 400-500 caloric deficit. I still ate a lot of protein today so I think it wont matter too mich.macros below 45157

Sorry for the lack of posts today I was at my dads again helping him lay brick. Today would be a cardio day but fuck me after laboring all day in the heat and sun I'm just calling that the workout. Hell its 8:30pm here and I've already burnt just under 4600 calories today and havent ingested nearly close to that in calories so today will be a deficit day. Still got in lots of protein, I will post macros and total calories later tonight.

I was stoned like a biblical whore so idk exactly how many calories I ate but needless to say I am in a big surplus of calories for today. Time for a long night sleep since I don't have to go anywhere tomorrow. I need to recover from the DOMS in my hamstrings from the RDLs the other day.

BOP is finally back up! Update on the cycle, been feeling very lethargic this typically happens for me and then I pick back up after a couple weeks when everything stays really kicking in. Bodyweight is up to 212ish now. About ready to switch back to high volume, I hate low volume training anymore Haha. Got some more workout equipment, more oly plates, and sick ass bench that inclines and declines, has leg extension and leg curl on the end, and a Preacher curl pad that has Preacher curl bar that attaches to the leg ext for machine Preacher curls. Let's GET SOME!

I forgot to mention that we also got a brand new mattress! Thank God because our old one was collapsing in the center and made floor a terrible night's sleep. Woke up this morning on the new one and not an ache or stiff muscle in my body, I feel good this morning.

That is great. So many more exercises you can perform. Sometimes the little things make a huge difference. Like lifting straps even.

It does make a difference. Hell at one point in college my roommate and I were broke so we couldn't afford the gym. We actually used a 7foot long broken stop sign pole(the square tube steel with holes) and 12 inch block as our barbell and weights. We would squat, oh Press, bench press, deadlift, row, pull ups, push ups, and it was quite impressive really.

I like the health aspect of your shake! A lot of good micronutrients on top of the macros. I am a huge fan of fatty acids. Especially on a low-fat diet

Well that's not the shake that's lunch fermented oats, greek yogurt, health seed mix, and blueberries all thrown together. The shake is just FF chocolate milk, protein powder, kefir, and peanut powder.

Yeah it's really easy I just measure out my oats add warm water to fill then add a tablespoon of kefir, mix it up cover it and let it sit over night on the counter. Boom fermented oats. From all my reading they digest easier, you get more of the nutrients from them, and you dont have to cook them.

I will hit the small muscle groups this morning bis and tris, calves, delts. This way I can hit the big muscles tonight and get in a full body workout today. I plan to eat ample protein and carbs to refuel for tonight's session.

This mornings workout included

Lateral Raises 4 sets weight used for each of the sets 25lb,25lb, 25lb drop set to 10lb, 10lb

Machine Preacher Curls 4 sets weight used for each of the sets 70lb,70lb,60lb,50lb

Calf Raises w/ DBs 40each hand reps in each set went x26,x23,x22

Cable OH Skullcrushers 4 sets weight used on each of the sets 6plates,6plates,5plates,5plates

Leg Raises in Captains Chair BW only reps in each set
X25,x18,x18

Everything was higher reps and to failure or near failure with intense stretching between sets.

My evening workout was as follows

Pendlay BB Rows 4 sets with 155lbs for all of them

BB Shrugs 3 sets with 205lbs for all of them

Dips with the 20lb vest on 3 sets with reps going x13,x10,x10

DB Incline Flies 40s with reps going x13,x9,x7 and drop set into 7 reps of DB Incline Press to failure.

Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns 3 sets using 8plates of stack for all sets.

Everything was in the 8-15 rep range to failure except the BB Shrugs I went up into the 20-30 rep range to get a lot of good contractions. Intense stretching between all the sets.

Leg Ext Plate Loaded 3 sets using 70lbs in the 15-20 rep range

BW Leg Curls 3 sets of 12 reps

DB Front Squats using 40s 3 sets of 14 reps

BW Lunges 1 set to complete failure at x25each leg.

Most sets were taken to near failure with the lungea being a burnout to total failure. Intense stretching between all the sets had my legs fried by the end.

The Mrs and I went to a party they cooked chicken wings, had every kind of dip and chips, veggie trays, and all the desserts. To be honest I burnt it all off, I jumped on a trampoline trying to learn back and front flips for a couple hours and was drenched in sweat but the end. Fitbit said I burnt like 1200 cals on the trampoline haha.

This morning I was thinking about my run yesterday. I havent ran 1.5 miles in a while, now granted I wasnt running for time I was just chugging along. I still was hardly winded by the end and this makes me wonder. Has the EQ already started doing its thing(its only been like 2-2.5 weeks) or is my work capacity that much higher than I realize? I feel I should start testing my mile time periodically to get a better determination of how my endurance is.

Breakfast was French toast and grapefruit juice as usual.

EQ is known as the endurance drug, that’s why it was used on horse racing so much. EPO is another endurance ped.(cancer drug)

Do you think the EQ would have enough time to start doing its thing though? Seems like everyone says they dont notice any effects until like 4 weeks in.

Yes, they mean muscle type effects, the endurance side effect starts a lot quicker.

Ok so the RBC increase happens pretty fast then, thank you for enlightening me. Like I said before this is my first time with EQ so it will be a learning experience for me.

Lunch was just a chicken breast with a little BBQ sauce and an iced coffee homemade. I just finished up my workout a bit ago and downed my mass gainer shake(oats, 1% chocolate milk, kefir, blueberries, protein powder, and peanut powder with cocoa). The lifts were as follows

Pull Ups w/ 40lb vest 3 sets x3, x2 ,x2 then BW only 2 sets x8, x5 then 5 controlled negatives to finish out the set.

BW Leg Curls w/ 20lb vest on 3 sets x14, x12, x12

Rear Delt Flies using 40lb DBs 4 sets x16, x15, x15, x15

BB Shrugs 135 on the bar. The first 3 sets were slow and controlled with each rep taking ~4 seconds x23, x22, x20. The final set still using 135 was an all out pump reps set just forcing blood in the muscle x50.

Preacher Machine Curls 70lbs x14, 70lbs x10, 50lbs x16

Cable OH Skullcrushers 6plates x14, 6plates x12, 6plates x12 then drop set to 5plates x7.

Intense stretching after each set had me with some awesome pumps and soaked in sweat, feeling good. I took a post workout update pic I will post shortly.

Meals so far today breakfast was French toast, lunch blueberries and cottage cheese, early dinner was pork loin and baked red potatoes, and now I just downed my usual post workout mass gainer shake. Today's workout was as follows

DB Calf Raises using 40s 3sets x25, x25, x25

Dips w/ 40lb vest 3sets reps going x6, x6, x5 then 1 BW only set x15.

BB OH Press 105lbs 4 sets going x12, x12, x10, x9 drop set into 10lb Lateral Raises x20.

Leg Ext. 70lbs for 4sets x16 on all sets.

Jefferson Deadlift 125lbs for 3 sets x12each leg on all sets. Used small plates so the bottom position was deep and stretched out the quads at the bottom.

Tricep Pushdowns 6plates for 3sets going x11, x10, x8 drop set to 4plates x10.

Intense stretching between all the sets. The OH Press was the first I've done in a very long while, very happy with the weight used and stability/ feeling good in my bad shoulder. The Jefferson Deadlifts were no joke even with the lighter weight, that deep bottom position made it way more intense. Feeling good, definitely feeling "on" now.

Aside from the "on" feeling the only other effects I've noticed is heartburn which is more than likely from the SD. If that's the extent of sides so far then things are going well haha.

Tonight is an injection night, doing 2x a week.

They don't see the workouts, bike rides, and playing with the dogs throughout the day though. The gear helps too but only MrsMcc sees that.

20min of jump rope with 4 sets of Captains Chair Leg Raises and stomach vacuums tossed in. I also did a couple reps of pull ups, dips, and air squats to get blood moving and loosen things up, feeling great after.

Well the effects of the tren are becoming quite noticeable even at the low dose I'm running. My patience is much shorter, which it's always short even when I'm not on. Fortunately pot helps mellow me out so I can think before I act or speak and not make a fool of myself. When I eat a meal doesnt even have to be spicy, my body turns into a furnace haha. Night sweats are bad if I dont keep the AC on low all night. The strength should be shooting up pretty soon if I'm starting to feel the effects.

Pull Ups I did 1 set with 20lb vest on and got 4 reps and my grip was shit. I dropped to BW only and did 4 sets 3 reps slow tempo 3 sec up pause then 3sec down. This kind of got around my grip giving out and still managed to work my lats.

BB Shrugs with alternating grip 225 4sets x25 for all sets

Rear Delt Flies using the green heavy theraband 4 sets of x25-x30

BW Leg Curls with 20lb veat on 3 sets of x14.

Cable OH Skullcrushers 2 sets using 6plates going x16,x13 then 1 sets using 5plates x14

Lying Leg Raises 3 sets of x15, these were superset with the Cable OH Skullcrushers.

Preacher Machine Curls 2sets using 60lbs going x16, x12 then 1 sets using 50lbs x16.

Stomach Vacuums 3 sets holding until I was out of breath roughly 5-10sec x3 for each set. These were superset with the Curls.

Stretching between all sets, I was pumped like crazy. The strength is coming. Not sure what was up with my grip today, oh well still a good workout.

Slight change in the menu deer steak cut into tips and cooked in brown rice, quinoa, onion, garlic, with seasonings. It's some 1 skillet meal my dad have to me, he said they didn't like the brown rice and quinoa....I'll take it haha.

I agree wild game is superior when it comes to nutrition, better omega fatty acid profile, typically leaner, more protein per serving, and it's more humane compared to these Walmart slaughter farms.

Today is my pull day so I guess just use lifting straps to help make things easier to grip and maybe drop the RDLs for today and just hammer on leg Curls should be fine.

These gave me a much better contraction compared to a normal grip.

I tried some new exercises or variations and all in all they worked out really well. Good session feeling good and hungry.

Regular push ups dont do much for me but feet elevated hit my upper chest really good. Especially at the end of the rep I hike my hips up soit puts the tension on the upper pec and I squeeze my arms in towards each other like an isometric fly. Shit has them burning in no time

No workout today, we were running around all day. Diet wasnt the cleanest but I know I still didn't go over the calories I burnt today so I guess I'll chalk today up as a maintenance day. Back at it tomorrow.

So when I said back at it tomorrow I meant it. I felt it was time to change things up a little. I will be focusing more on BB/ big compound lifts for a while. Everything will be on a 3 day rotation so

Day1 Shoulders, Back, Quads.
Day2 Chest, Hamstrings, Calves
Day3 Biceps and Triceps

Each muscle group has a main BB or compound lift and I pick 1 of 2 secondary exercises for that muscle group. The main loft and secondary loft are hit 1 after the other to exhaust the muscle group. Main lifts are 3x5, secondary 3xhigher reps. Each week I will try to either increase weight on the main lift, increase sets on the secondary, or both for progression.

Today was Day1 lifts were as follows

BB OH Press 135 3x5
Wide Grip BB Shrugs 155 3x30

BB Rows 225 3x5
BW Pull Ups 3x7(wide,neutral,chin)

BB Squat 245 3x5
Front Squat 135 3x10

No more stretching between sets, giving that a break for a bit. I was drenched in sweat by the end, and fuck me do it hate squats. Fist chance I get to buy a leg Press machine I will so I never have to squat again. The spinal loading just isn't worth the benefits for leg development IMO, I get WAY for from a leg Press and dont have to worry about CNS exhaustion or my lower back being fucked for days. Overall feeling good after workout minus lower back tightness.

Thanks Big Perk. I want to over time keep strengthening it and get back to 185 OH Press. My all time beat was 215 at 225 bodyweight, it took all I had to get it.

Today workout

Floor Press 205 3x5
Incline DB Press 40s 3x8 I would bring the weights down to chest press up 1/4 of the way then back down, press 1/2 way up, back down, then press whole way up this CPU red as 1 rep. My upper chest was feeling toasty after these.

Deadlift 315 3x5
BW Leg Curls with 20lb vest on 3x12

BB Calf Raises 115 3x15
Seated Calf Raises 2 45lb plates 3x20 with these I just sit on a step that's lower than parallel, place the 45lb plates on my knees and do sitting calf raises. They're not as good as the machine ones but they make due.

Feeling really good after this workout. I was honestly a little disappointed in my deadlift. I would've hoped to be able to move more weight than that but hey its week 1 of this program so itll go up from here.

Inverted Row/FacePull with 40lb vest on 3x15

BFR BB Back Squat 135 4x18,18,15,15 HOLY SHIT!

Good session, OH Press slowly going up, Back Squat should've went up but I didn't have any more 2.5lb plates to add to the bar because I need them as stops to keep my bar from rolling off my makeshift squat rack as you guys saw a few days ago. Also I wrapped my knees on the heavy squats which helped tremendously. This was the first I ever tried BFR training but oh lord does it give a pump. I was honestly scared when I took the wraps off after my last set because I actually watched my quads ballooning up, I though fuck I did I knock a blood clot or something loose and now its lodged in my legs. Upon reading I realized this ballooning of the muscle is normal but it still scared me a bit haha I will have to try other body parts in the future.

We are going cook dinner for my dad and his GF tonight I'm making marinade pork loin and either woodshed potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Jump Rope 200 reps steady continuous pace squeezing the calves

Good workout had lots of energy, deadlift is going up along with some other lifts.

BFR BB Curls 45 3x20

Tricep Pushdowns 8plates 3x6
BFR OH Tricep Ext using green heavy theraband 3x30 then drop set into diamond push ups at a 45° angle on the stairs 1x15.

Stomach Vacuums after each exercise so 3 sets total.

Using the BFR on biceps and tricep for the first time, it was skin splitting pumps especially combined with the cialis. My arms have never looked bigger than after this workout, its addicting seeing them like that.

No training today we ate going to buy a truck and I have to get my laborers union card to work when I'm not out of town.

So today was my first day working for the laborers union, I was laboring for block layers. As of 4:15pm I've burnt 5330 calories, yes I got ice cream on the way home lol. Going to chill get some more calories in and dip in the river then lift in a bit. My lower back is fucking tight, might need to adjust the workout accordingly.

So I structured my workout today to give my lower back a break. Once I get acclimated to carrying block and mud all day I'm sure the lower back thing wont be so much of issue. I skipped lower body lifts today like squats and deads, save those for tomorrow after a good night's sleep.

Pull Ups with 20lb vest 3x5(neutral grip) then BW only 1x5(wide grip)
Inverted Row/Facepull BW only 3x15

Floor Press 225 3x5 these sets were easier than last time with the same weight.
Incline DB Press 40s 3x10 using the 1/4 rep,1/2rep,full rep counting as 1 rep. If I lower the weight quickly and press against it I get a great contraction in my upper chest.

Standing OH Press 145 3x5 still climbing baby!
Lateral Raises 10lbs 3x20

I know that if this is how many calories I'm going to be burning each day, which I'm sure it is, im going to have to up my fats to some degree. I dont think I can physically eat around 7000-7500 calories each day of mostly carbs and protein at only 4cals per gram. If I do need to up my fats I think peanut butter is going to be my best friend for a while.

So I had to rethink my diet strategy to get in that sheer amount of calories. My meals will all have a fatty meat, most likely eggs since they're cheap, easy to prepare, and have plenty of healthy fats as well as micronutrients. Going to try and drink more calories from mass gainer shakes(fermented oats, whole milk, peanut butter, protein powder). I will also drink more juice, I believe for the amount of calories I burn at work that the fructose will still get burnt up.

I did the math if I ate 3 dozen eggs a day that would give me 2900 calories 256g protein and 180g fats. This is a good base of calories to add to. Throw in a gallon of whole milk, a jug of orange juice and well get somewhere.

Definitely like sumo squats with the BFR, hit the outer sweep of my quads much more which is a weak point for me. All in felt good today, tomorrow begins the mass calorie consumption I thought it would be good to get some digestive enzymes to help process all those calories.

No workout yesterday, today's workout was a quick one since I'm trying to pack bags for work. Going back to Indonesia for a few weeks. So lots of clean food there also I wont have to take in a disgusting amount of calories since it wont be nearly as physical as laboring was.

Today's workout

Bear Complex using 155lbs, I would perform 5 rows with the weight, clean it up, perform 5 push presses, rack it o y shoulders, then perform 5 squats. I did 5 total sets of Bear Complexes.

DB Curls 40s 3x10
Tricep Pushdowns 6plates 3x15

I wanted to hit more full body today since I'll be traveling for 2 days. I am told there's a gym in the little town I'll be staying at in Indonesia so I'll have to check it out.

I should have a wifi connection so hopefully I will still be able to post daily. Not sure as many websites are blocked in Indonesia, they are fairly strict Muslim religion there so no porn, or anything inappropriate on the internet. Hopefully BOP is still fair game.

Well unfortunately there is little down time so I doubt I'll get to go to the beach but hell the hotel has a huge ass swimming pool and just getting to be in a different cou tey is fun enough. As far as my cycle goes, tomorrow morning I will pin before going to the airport. I was going to do 1.5 times my normal dose, that should easily leave me with blood concentrations in 2 weeks when I get back and I will resume my normal cycle from there.

Well I ended up waking up at 5am and couldn't fall back asleep so I hit the gym. I dont have all the details but I hit full body used BFR on quads and biceps and triceps. Lot of high reps basically got huge pumps took about an hour and half. Feeling great, arms are pumped as hell, time to shower and eat.

The idea was to pack some size on fast with the SD then slowly grow the remaining weeks with everything else.

I see this a lot with my buddies running EQ so just be aware of it and address if so however everyone’s body responds differently to different drugs!! Plus EQ is a compound that you will want to run a while to get it’s full effect your appetite will eventually start to get outta hand you’ll be wanting to eat everything in sight!!! Goodluck bro

Well so far zero anxiety and that's even when combined with low dose tren. Hunger, I would say is the same as its always been. I have always been able to eat a shit ton of food so I guess I haven't noticed it really. Main thing is the endurance increase that I've noticed.

I've had Bintang, its basically Heineken. It's made by Heineken and sold in Indonesia. I haven't drank this time being here though, too busy lifting, working, and attempting to sleep.

I also have only been sleeping a couple hours each day, the mattress here is rock hard so I cant get restful that and they play music over speaker system so no peace and quiet.

I didn't have work last night so I got a nights sleep and woke up feeling pretty good. Went to the gym this morning.

Hammered my legs a bit since I havemt in a while. Heavy leg presses, BW leg Curls, DB RDLs and weighted calf raises. Then I went on to hit some 1 arm shrugs on the Smith machine these are by far my favorite shrug variation and work my traps the most. Then DB rear Delt and side laterals, a few dips and pull ups then a ton of sets and reps for bis and tris. Drank my chocolate milk on the walk back to the hotel.

I think I'm going to dip in the pool and cool off and try and reduce cortisol since I can guess its probably pretty high. Then it's time to find lunch

Made it home ladies and gentlemen. The wife was waiting to pick me up from the airport in a plaid miniskirt, black leather boots, and a tight black belly shirt. With a viagra, cialis, and bowl full of weed for me, I have the best wife ever haha. As planned we had quite the reunion, for a few hours. Thanks to Leo from SpartaPharma for the viagra and cialis, the Mrs was pleased with them haha.

Today's workout was just a 1.5 mile run in 14min, just trying to get the heart pumping and blood moving.

Breakfast was 4 pieces french toast, started using a couple whole eggs and 4 or 5 whites only and multi grain bread. After breakfast I took one of Stan Efferdings 10min walks. I will let food digest and work on some stuff then lift in a couple hours.

Well that workout never happened, shortly after breakfast my stomach decided to go rounds with the stomach flu. Been shitting water for 2 days now, feeling sore and dehydrated. Cant wait for this to pass.

Thanks brother. Stomach felt better this even, made chicken satay with peanut sauce for the wife and neighbors. It was so good, it didn't bother my stomach but it was my only meal today. I'm still dehydrated and sore everywhere though. Hopefully a good night's sleep will turn things around tomorrow.
