View Full Version : IGF and MGF combo

I have been reading up on this combo for some time now and I got the science part down but what are people results with this combo besides just the studies that are out? Im thinking of running it like this
Peg mgf 500mcg's 2x ew monday, thursday
IGF-1 LR3 80 mcg's every day I dont use mgf.
4 weeks on 4 weeks off

The IGF I will be running bi laterally in the muscle worked on workout days and in the morning upon waking for non workout day's. Also would adding IGF des before workouts make that great of a difference in the long run? Any info would help.

Honestly I didn't feel mgf added anything vs solo igf-1 lr3

^^^Same here. Didn't notice much difference from running IGF alone.
