What's up brothers. Today I was doing legs. I had already done leg press and something today told me not to do squats today. I was going to do lunges towards the end. After leg press I did leg extensions and was on my last set and my knee popped out of place. Not the first time this has happen but hasnt happen in yrs! As soon as it popped out it with back in place. I got up and was scaried to move for a sec. My wife was on the treadmill so I called her and she came and checked on me. I guess I'll have to take it easy on legs for the next couple of weeks. Sucks

Have you thought about running some BPC157 and TB500? It might be worth a try.

Naw I haven't but I will definitely do some research and might give it a try. It is swole as shit today. Didnt even go lift chest today. Figured I'd take the day off and ice knee

There is some good info on BOP all both of them. Some only run one others run both. My girl and a few more people I know with joint, muscle tears, healing from surgeries, etc run the TB, BPC, and HGH. She is a physique competitor with lifters shoulder and no cartilage in her left wrist and the only issue she has now is she has to use a closer grip on flat bench, everything else is great.
