TB500/BPC157 dosing suggestions

So I have nerve damage and atrophying bones in my neck and shoulder. “Arthritis like changes”.

Does anyone have any educated suggestions and/or experience with dosing these two?

Was just doing some research and apparently for a 200lb man the dose should be about 7-8mg a week. But around the forums people are just using 5mg/wk since the vials are sold at that size. Some seem to split that in 2 doses a week (2.5mg/inj) while others just shoot the 5mg all a once a week. Hopefully that was helpful for you, systematic as well.

Im running it for my back injury. Im site injecting and using it sublingually. It survives stomach acid since it is derived from it. 2 days after the first injection, I woke up w/o significant pain for the first time in like 2 years! I havent been sticking to the daily protocol and still have some pain BUT the pain reduction has stayed for over 1.5 weeks now. Doing a second inject today. I have 3ml gear pins with 27g needles so my best guess as to my dose is about 4-500mcg

I know this is from last summer(2019) but since there is so much disinfo and conflicting information about BPC 157 / TB 500 that I figured I'd just ask outright, did you "spot shoot" them or can it be taken like HGH instead of the area you are trying to heal? Also how long did you run the TB500 and BPC 157? I know they say to do 2-2.5mg twice a week for the TB500 and anywhere in between 1-10mcg per kilogram of body weight for the BPC so Ill start with the 250mcg twice a day.I only got one 5mg bottle from a sponsor here but Im pretty sure I need to grab another 2 or 3 at minimum along with another couple of the BPC. Ive been researching and trying to read up on this stuff all weekend long and it's amazing how little verified information there is out there as far as protocols/suggested dosage.

From what I can gather the reconstitution of BP157 at 5mg is 3ml of Bac water and for TB500 at 5mg I used 1ml of Bac water. Also what I've gathered is that the BPC doesnt really matter if it's spot injected(although most prefer to do it this way) and TB500 again most just prefer to spot shoot it. I've only seen people use Sub-Q shots so I doubt there is any need for IM.

Bpc you want to site pin, tb doesn’t require that. I’m currently site pinning bpc on day 5, beginning to notice some mild relief. Will continue for 30+ days. If I don’t see an increase in relief from where I’m at, I’ll add in tb in the next two weeks. For what I’m experiencing bpc was my first route. I’m doing 500mcg daily sub q site injected.

It sure as hell helped me. Just got to do it daily and for the length required. I think I stayed on 3-4 weeks.

And if she does try it and starts to notice anything strange i would just stop it completely but I can’t see that happening.

i usually run 30 day cycles of tb/bpc when i do it. i start with 1mg tb500 ed for the first 10 days, then .5mg eod for the next 20... all injected subq. i run .5mg bpc ed for the whole 30 days injected directly into the muscle as close to the damaged tissue as possible.

I had excellent results with 2.5 MG twice per week Sub-Q over ten weeks early this year and am preparing for round two. I was experiencing something similar to tennis elbow prior to starting the first cycle. It went away after around four or five weeks on it while continuing to work out and hasn't come back since getting off.
