Started training a plan given to me by maxmuscle1. About to finish the first week tomorrow. Will log my progress everyday and progress pics every two weeks. Here are my starting pics. I hope to burn off most of my bodyfat to have visible abs also increase muscle mass and strength. I plan on eating mostly chicken and small amounts of rice. Possibly some fish or sushi on the weekend whenever I get bored of chicken all the time. I bought some very low calorie bbq sauce and some zero calorie soda for when I get cravings.

For Gear:
Sustanon 500mg/week
Tren Acetate 100mg/EOD (Previously Deca 500mg/week for week 1)
Anadrol 150mg/day
CJC1295 200mcg/day

BTW- on pull-ups or chin-ups you can do assisted ones , if available, until your able to do regular ones. The main focus is the reps.

Does your gym have the assisted pull up machine? That’s what I use. No way In hell I could do body weight pull ups after 3 different rowing exercises.

Imo you should do everything how Max has outlined for us. He has it this order for a reason.

is your rep range supposed to be higher than what it is?

You should get on YouTube and look up every lift so you can see what perfect form looks like.

Normally I can do 6 pullups in a row then two more with a little rest. Only if it's my first exercise because it demands a lot of strength. I can do all the other exercises afterward no problem. I look up videos on my phone for proper form and look at the mirror when I do reps. Max didn't tell me what reps and sets to do for most days so I chose the standard 4 sets of 8 reps. 4x8 or 4x10 is pretty standard to start out with.

All diet sodas have it... Its now under diff names to decieve the consumer. Sugar isnt going to hurt you, esp a soda if you must drink it. Sugar burns of fast. Most fat gain is from preservatives which shut down your bodies natural mechanisms for processing food.
Ditch the deca and run low dose tren ace for the fat loss. 75-100 eod.

Gainzbruh has a full program including abs. I didn’t do his cycle because he didn’t ask. Just workout and nutrition. He just realized that his sets and reps that I designed for him were a lot higher yesterday. He has a lot of cardio as well. He’s just starting so follow and feel free to give him cycling tips!

Felt exhausted after doing half the exercises. Lowered some of the weight so I could get it done.
Squeezed everything I could to get as much possible. Also I walk to the gym and back with a total of 4 miles.

I have some orange juice I drink right after a workout. Waiting for some Tren Ace to come in the mail and I will switch to that. The diet soda is only once in a while if I get any big craving it seems to calm me down. Trying to be careful with how many calories I take in and make it consistent. I'll switch out the diet soda with diet soda made only with stevia.

Felt really exhausted but took a 1 minute or 2 minute break after each set. It was also 50lbs total. Put two 25s on each side.
Went on youtube while at the gym and watched a quick vid like this YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OHhcUhmhMg) to figure out how to do it.

First time running Deca. I will be stopping Deca and replacing with Tren Ace soon. I have caber in case of anything (for Tren or Deca). I heard caber stops Deca dick as well.

Also walked 4 miles total today. I walk on all training days except for leg day.

Stopped Deca and started Tren Ace 100mg/EOD. Took 100mg today with an insulin syringe (29 gauge).

I draw oil with 21 and pin with 23 in glutes
Where are you pinning ,?
Not hassling you buddy just want you to maximise gains and not waste gear and prevent injury

I pin on glutes. I have lots of 23 gauge I just don't want to feel like a sore pincushion with so many pins every other day. Other people have told me you can pin Tren Ace with a slin pin.

Ok i didn't know a slin pin can get deep enough but we learn something new every day
If you can handle tren A sides and get good results from it you can try Tren E next cycle as you only need to pin test and tren twice a week using same syringe

Weight is still at 215lbs, no change in weight. I don't see it as good or bad I just go by what I see in the mirror.
Started feeling fatigued by the time I get to Friday. Just squeezing out everything I can for every rep at this point.

Two weeks down. I’m proud of you and remember, the first 3-4 weeks are prepping your body for growth. It will be interesting to see the changes in 5 more weeks. Keep your protein high and be vigilant with your workouts and diet. Keep it up!

Front squats take a couple weeks or months to get used to. Everyone hold the bar different. It’s a beneficial exercise.

My left shoulder gets a stinging pain only when I try a front lateral. No idea what caused it, I didn't have any of this pain last several days.

Front laterals can be tough. Always recognize the difference between pain and injury pain because hurting your shoulder can take you out. Muscle pain is expected but, you usually can tell if you should lighten the load or stop.

Prepped all 15lbs of chicken today for the week. Also started Anadrol (150mg/day) because I think my Superdrol isn't doing anything. I might buy a roidtest kit for the Superdrol.

I go through all that chicken in a week it's not sitting in the fridge for long.

First time ever running Superdrol so I had no idea what to expect. When I searched online people said it should have kicked in after two weeks. So I just switched to Anadrol.
Yea I only had 1 cycle of Test and another of Test and Tren E last year.

Waiting for my next paycheck to get some Tudca and injectable B12, and B6. I don't like taking many blood tests, that's going to eat into my savings really fast. I'm going to eat healthy as possible.
If the sides get unbearable I will drop compounds.

As far as how long I want to stay on, that's up to me. I don't like the idea of cycling on and off and throwing the hormones around like a yo-yo seems more damaging to me. Again it's up to me, I'm doing my own thing.

If you can’t afford to do this right then don’t do it at all

Now “right” can mean a whole
Bunch of things but to me — getting bloods done is right and it’s needed

At least once - pre , during and post are advanced
I would at least get it midway to see your E levels and overall cell count etc

Eating healthy is also very right but food doesn’t determine blood levels

Get diet and training in check first then progress to gear
You are completely out of shape entirely
The gear won't magically make that go away or change
you have to -- diet train train train train repeat

add weight on first -- get laarger and stronger

then months or year down the road add gear in there

Is all this worth it? I don't care, nothing ever seemed worth it. You work your ass off for pitiful rewards like banging a chick for a short time while your life is filled with repetitive boring shit most of the time. Fuck knows why the world was made to be so god damn boring and pathetic.

I am saddened to hear your outlook right now. I know life is frustrating sometimes. Tomorrow is another day. A lot of people get all caught up in their head mentally and torture themselves and in turn they hurt themselves. I know that this is temporary and you can change things for the better. Do not over think things and go over your strategy/plan and see what you think is wrong or if your sabotaging yourself. I tell people to keep detailed journals for a reason, I have to go back and read what I did years at a time to reveal what happened during certain periods. Success lies in failure! I contacted you. Got my blood test results. At first glance, it seems my Sustanon is not enough at 500mg once a week. Also need to get some T4 for the thyroid. The blood results are hinting possible problems with kidneys and possible pre-diabetes, but the glucose level is ok. Low carbon-dioxide I'm not sure what to do, there was one article they said maybe taking some sodium bicarbonate. From a different blood test a long time ago I also have low vitamin D so I need to get more of that too. LDL is one point above normal range, need a figure out a way to balance HDL. Going to switch to Test Prop everyday, this Sustanon is a joke compared to the Test Cyp I would take once a week. That Test Cyp would keep me at 2900ng/dL at a minimum.

The sustanon once a week, pinned Sunday then blood test on Friday. The test cyp I also did once a week, and I did the same thing, I took the blood test right before I needed a new pin. I was running the sustanon for 6 weeks before taking the test.

I haven't read through all the pages quite yet but you will have better test levels if you pinned more frequently, i.e. E3D. Is there a reason for such a high ADROL dose? Your lipids are trashed due to the adrol and tren if you're still taking both. For your health I'd suggest cutting both of these at least by half.

For example your diet is horrible not good at all. You need to learn how to eat and workout first then come back and try a cycle. Brother I am being honest with you you need to stop I have been in the medical field now for 15 years and I know what I am talking about you need to get your diet right and learn how to work out properly.
