I've heard nothing but good about true protein. I'm thinking I'm going to check the out also. Any opinions for the best custom blend?

just dont get american pure whey. there is an article floting around on web. that tested 30+ protiens and they were last on the list. only having 1%protien. its on the web so take it as you may.

feel free to delete if im doing something wrong. im just putting it out there since i feel i got 20lbs of carbs. the gains were not consistint with my previous protiens nor my new protien.
