1st pic is week 1
2nd & 3rd pic week 4 (this week)

I know I have a BUNCH of work to do.


Ive lost more weight that anything.
Stared @219ish lbs and now at 198lbs

36yrs, 5'11", 198lbs


GEAR:
test 400 blend from PSL (test e 200ml test c 200ml) @ 400ml per week (1cc)

-AI, Arimidex 1/2mg e3d (Started Saturday 7/13)
-Sublingual B12 1ml ed
-Creatine Monohydrate ed


DIET:

No dairy
No sugars
No sodas
Non gmo
Gluten free
All organic

Ive been HUNGRY and h0rn3y as f#k!!


My strength is going up.

My dumbell bench was at 25lbs per arm wen started ( i know, embarrassing and pathetic)

Now i do sets of;

5Olbs x6
45×6
40×8
35x about 15 till muse failure. I do this with all.my workout6
And yes i know its not much compared to u MONSTERS.

This just an example of my strength increase.

Y'all have been alot of help. Im very pleased with the support.
Unfortunately some of the new guys dont know how to embrace the truth about where there at, and what they need to do get to the next level.

But i came here to learn and follow you guys that are or have been where im going.

Honestly i thought i wasn't improving enough. I have been trying and working very hard.
But this week my stamina and pumps raised up to another level. My form is also much more balanced. I have not been able to do much work to my abs till last week so im hoping to them come together in the next fee weeks.

Appreciate the motivation

Changes Ive noticed:

this week my pumps are going up. I can do 2-3 pumps more pumps on every set i do.

But one thing ive noticed is that I've been waking up in the middle of the night, is this normal on gear?

Also my digestive system was pretty wacked out before gear. Its now functioning much more smoother. Balanced and normal. Im sure it has a Lot to do with diet.

I Dont wake up sore anymore at all. Healed and ready every morning.

So ive dosed for the 3rd time now Arimidex (1/2mg e3d) im just wondering if its suppose to make you heat up and sweat. And what is it suppose to feel like? If anything.

Solid ass progress!!! Thanks for having the courage to share. I remember when I did my first log ever after having my son. I was so nervous to share. But it always gives courage to see what can be done when you put your mind to it!

First of all, I want to thank all of you who's been following me during my workout on gear in this log.

I've had a major set back with my test gains. I went from about 220lb to 198lb them back up to 206lbs.
Since nce week 4 1/2 and not much intense workouts. I had lost some motivation and was just a little tired daily..anyways after bloods we found its because my bloods where low as far as test I'm my body. So doubled up and pinned 800ml@2cc in week 6 and 800ml@2cc this week. (Wk 7) and that's all I'm using of this particular product.

With all that being said, I want you guys to know that it's been resolved.

I will be getting new gear this week and I'm going to start new log....it will be a 10 week cycle(I may change cycle length) I also will be posting activity daily. I think I did a lousy job on this log.


I'm only posting bloods because thats the results of gear used for this log.

Thanks again I'll see you guys on my new log soon!
