Looks GREAT .. I wish I could, but i cut all dairy from my diet.. Yes ALL dairy, anymore it just adds unwanted abdominal bloat and agitation to my GI, even with abs dairy rounds my gut off..I'll wake up with 5am abs and by noon they vanish from dairy..
