I have run into an issue over the past few weeks and getting blue screen crashes lately what the problem. It is saying igdkmd64.sys problem. I looked it up online- Fix: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys) - Appuals.com (https://appuals.com/system_service_exception-igdkmd64-sys/) and found out it's an intel graphic problem. I already updated my Intel HD Graphics 530 to version 20.19.15.4380. But I am still getting blue screens at random times, especially when I am watching videos or streaming youtube videos. My laptop is freshly new and my windows is windows 10 pro insider preview. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
