Well. 1st cycle. Nice and simple. 250mg Test C twice per week with HcG. I have arimidex on standby with nolva/clomid PCT. Nothing else until mid bloods come up.. Going onto my second week with the 3rd pin tomorrow.

Got my gear from Monster and their reps were super super helpful with info regarding order and info in general about gear. Had a quick 3 day turn around, except my mailman fucked it up by delivering to TWO separate houses. Hahaa shit happens

Original blood were
- Total Test : 490
- Estradiol 32
- FSH 2.8
- LH 3.2

All other values normal

Starting a new training routing along with heavy stricter diet on week 2. Have been emailing with a pro on here who I will not name, but they wish to if they like, but it will be more of a full body workout with focus on cardio to lower my BF%. I have a higher BF% then I thought, but my only measurement is the bathroom scale which provides a digital reading of BF, water weight and muscle weight.

Overall, I feel pretty good. Honestly more optimistic about stuff and just more motivation and energy thus far. Definitely eating a tad cleaner now from the suggestions. Keeping my protein and carbs high though.

Working on finding a good multivitamin and fishoil to get back on as I have ran out.

3rd pin today. Holy shit that one hurt. Went in my lower glute and this times its sore as shit. I did upper left and upper right glute last two pins and they didnt hurt nearly Like this lol. First day of the new workout routine here in a few minutes. Have to modify it due to my work hours and only accessible gym with a smith machine and no cardio equipment... Is what it is i guess. Trying to find a way around this.

4th pin today. Delts this time to give my ass a break. This new workout is definitely a big change for me. Unsure how i feel about it so far. Will definitely try it for a few more weeks. Ive noticed myself able to push further in the gym, but have not seen much in results. Weights still going up even though all the cardio im doing and a clean diet. Maybe its good weight. Will keep pushing.

5th pin. Cardio only today again 60mins.. Legs are finally feeling like theyre catching up in recovery.

Been taking a few naps a week to try and add more recovery time too. Have definitely put on some weight but have not lost much bf. Will reweigh tomorrow

6th pin. Unable to make it in tonight for personal reasons kinda bummed. Just making it up tomorrow on cardio day. Shoulders look broader seeing small improvement on my bis tris. Gained 8lbs total and bodyfat id roughly 0.7 percent down. Thats getting tough with losinf

What a great pump in the gym today havent felt that in quite a bit. Squats, deadlifts, bench press, curls and overhand pullups today along with abs and cardio. Come on gains!

7th pin yesterday... Just added up my meals for the average day in a app, and found out I'm about 900 calories short, and could add another 50G of protein or so. My carbs are pretty low only around 200G and fat roughly 80G.

Not sure why my BF% isn't going down on the scale. Maybe I need something better to measure this then then scale.

Well 8th pin in my quad. Fuck it hurt. They all hurt and are sore for like 6 days ive tried all types of methods too lol oh well. Bloods happening 3 days after next pin. Fixing diet as well the past few days

Took a suggestion and emailed sponsor regarding the PIP. We will see. Awesome workout today and pump. Strength has improved and I'm seeing improvement to my physique. I'm tempted to add anavar for last 4 weeks to try and cut a little more although I think I'll wait till next cycle.

Response from sponsor was super quick. They said its a reaction to the oil as presumed, and could be caused by not pct. Sinces its my first cycle, im assuming its just a reaction to it. Theyre sending me a gold line oil to try free of charge they said. Thats awesome news and will definitely give a shot.

9th pin today. Bloods 60hrs from the pin the same morning, before the next pin.

Still waiting on blood. No squats today weird feeling in my r groin. Probably better off. Everythings improving. About 12lbs up from when i started. Bf doesnt seem to be moving but could be the way im measuring with the scale. Am seeing improvements.

12lbs is good! I rarely gain that much! Keep doing what your doing and good luck with Monsters Gold line products

Test is 2485. LH and FSH are low regardless of HcG. E2 isnhigh at 60. Neutrophils are at 9800. It says wbcs are high but theyre wnl at 12. Thoughts about the neutrophils and e2? Have noticed acne increase. Think i should take arimidex every 3 to 4 days to help combat or is my e2 level not high enough for that

Side note, squats and bench have gone up astronomically for me. Bench up nearly 50lbs and squats up about 40lbs. Still cant lose fat, but ibe determined im focusing on bulk for now. If the fat goes it goes.

you could experiment w .125 or .25 to see how it goes.

Sept 18th is my last pin to finish up the 10 weeks of Test then to PCT. Writing it here or else I'll forget...

Still have another 3 and a half weeks to go and try and knock out some hard gains. Arimidex helped significantly. Ended up taking 0.5 the day after injecting, so every 3.5 days. Seems like it's working well. Tried taking 0.25, but breaking the tablets in a fourth were almost impossible. I managed it once or twice, but still noticed a tad break out.

All my weights are still going up. Sitting around 189lbs right now. Definite improvements overall. And fuck i love this gold line oil.

Already thinking about a second cycle. Probably December 1st, to allow my body to recuperate a bit. Will probably keep it simple with Test and something else to synergize with it. Already stoked.
