Just remember who's using the tren! It's the engineer of the tren train! Relax and get ready to go take that shit out in the gym. Be cool on your stool engineer! Kill the fucking weights!

That all depends on why you have a temper. Different solutions for different causes. Is the temper due to a neurological issue, a side effect of a particular chemical or compound you're on, dietary issue, an underlying mental/emotional problem?

Give some more detail.

I’m known to be very opinionated and am always one to call it like I see it but while I’m on Tren I have to make a concise effort to laugh or smile and just walk away from what’s irritating me. I believe no matter how easy going someone is Tren can always get the better of them if they allow themselves to get spun up.

Sometimes its not good to control it, and its needs to be let out. When I do let it out I try to do it in situations where I cant cause physical damage. I curse people out from inside my car when Im driving. I rage on social media, and every once in a while, I go off on somebody in here! Occasionally.... Lmao!
But on a serious note, I think of it as a test, like the anger is an enemy trying to get me to act out, when its knocks on the door of my brain, so to speak, I picture it as a person and ignore it while saying "fuck you" very calmly and with coldness. When temper is the enemy, I guess you unleash your temper at your temper and it kind of implodes on itself and goes away.
Im Irish and German so the Irish side likes to fly off the handle, amd the German side likes to execute the object of my Irish rage with calculated cruelty so my temper is dangerous and needs to be kept in check regularly. I often deal with it by fantasizing about what I could do to whatever is pissing me off. As a younger man it got me in a lot of trouble and I seriously and visciously got violent with people. Ive had blackouts during fights and the aftermath is usually felonies. So, all that being said, controlling temper is very important to having a quality of life. The fact that you are asking for advice on it meaans that you recognize the issue and thats the most important step. There are many ways to control it. Hopefully some of this rambling post helped or gave you something you can use. Stay strong and dont let emotions fxxk your life up brother!

This! There are many different reasons and factors for anger. I have a bad problem with it personally, it almost ended my marriage. Finding the causes helps greatly with being able to keep your cool when they arise. Personally my strategies for keeping my anger under control included church or just taking time to be with your own thoughts so you can solve issues at that time rather than when under stress, smoking pot which I know isn't always an option for everyone but it does help with not sweating the small things in life which reduces stress overall, and communication with people who do tend to get you angry, talking civilly can go a long way. Hope the best for you.
