PCT and EST Blocker ???

What's a good PCT. and should I take a estrogen blocker on cycle. I've got friends that used none.
seems unhealthy to me from everything I've ever heard. Someone set me straight.

Yeah Bro, even us guys that don't do PCT because were on TRT still need something. I use an AI (Adex), bcuz... Bloat. What are you planning on running man? Plenty of good people here with loads of experience. You'll get great info.
