Okay some info about me.I am in my early 30's on TRT from about a year now and in the gym from 8 months.Its my first time training anything in my life.Have some nice progress from the start of my fitness journey which motivates me to stay on track.I am verry consistent with training and eating clean.Have good knowledge about nutrition i am using myfitnesspal and and Workit to log my food intake and training.i am 173 cm tall and started my bulk at 72-73 kg last week.My program and diet plan is made by maxmuscle for free so big thanks to him!

Already completed first week of the program but didnt had time to post.This will be quick summary of the whole week.My training routine consists 3 full body training days per week almost all exercises are compound and 30+ sets per day.It was verry hard for me the first 2 workouts but i completed them.I am at 3500 cals per day and gained 2.5 kgs for 1 week but i was on low calorie diet before this and think its all water and actual food in my stomach because i am not fatter.my starting lifts are:
Squat- 7x90kg
Bench- 7x75kg
OHP-8x40kg
Deadlift-7x100kg

Completed my 2nd training day for the week.I feel this is my hardest day of the week because i have squats,DL,bench and pull ups.The workouts takes close to 90 minutes.I rest about 2 mins for compounds and 60 secs for isolation movements. Really enjoyed the Olympic bar curl today.

Week 2 completed.Progressed on all exercises.Thinking about adding 1 more training day just for calves abs and maybe some cardio because sometimes i dont have 2 hours to train and dont want to skip them.My diet is on point 3500 cals every day.Havent cheated and dont feel i need to maybe because i eat lots of fruit and i am hungry all the time.So far i am 3 kg up i didnt gain any this week but will remain on same calories since i am off work next week.

Keep it up Change!! You can do extra calf and ab work if u want to on your training or non training days. That is totally okay because those are isolation exercises.

1st day of 3rd week.My squat today was great made the same reps from last week but with 2.5ks more.bent over row is also 2.5kgs up.no progress on bench and 2 reps regress on shoulder press on 1 of the sets.Diet is great my carbs are mostly from oats i can eat them all day.

Bench is a hard one to keep moving up but, I still try and sometimes I come up a rep or two short. Just handling the heavy weight helps. I find a correlation between my body weight and strength as well.

Completed week 3.I am progressing on all movements almost every workout and i was in strength plateau before starting this program.My weight is going up slowly and gradually i might upload some photos this or next week.The only problem i have is with squats.I feel my qads so pumped hard after my verry first set.The pain is only when i lock my qads on the end of the rep.This happens ussualy on my last day of the week.Also my right quad is sore from my trt shot yesterday(i am using omnadren its similar to sustanon and sometimes gives me pip) .Thanks for the support guys appreciate it also want to apologize for my English i am trying my best :)

Love Omnadren!! It’s my favorite test mix. On your squats, try and do one fluid motion without locking out. You may have to lighten the load but that is a sign... dont lock out at the top until your able to do it without pain!

Week 4*
Monday and Wednesday trainings done.I am progresing on everything except pull ups,maybe because they are my last exercise for the day?i was always bad at them now i am able to do 6sets of 6-7 reps.The wierd thing is i have the same sthrengh for all the sets.Anyway i tried fluid motion squats and my quads still hurt a bit but is a lot better.I am hiting my calories and macros everyday easily.i feel highly motivated for the tomorows workout going all in.

Week 5*
Monday's workout was great!Still progressing on every exercise,but i feel i need a deload week because i am getting mild pain on shoulders and wrists.
My diet is 3500-3700 calories ~440c/270p/80f.From 5 solid meals per day.main sources of carbs are oats and pasta,but oats are my favourite i am eating like 200-300g uncooked per day :d .For proteins i am relaying on chicken,eggs,cottage,fish and 2 protein shakes per day.Fats from eggs and nuts mainly because i can't eat fatty fish.

Week 5

There is no more pain in my quads when i squatting. My doctor recently put me on hcg and starting to think my e2 is high because i am feeling puffy and kinda exhausted. My bloods should be ready tomorow and i will update. Going to post some progress pics too :)

Nice to hear your quad pain is gone. Bloods are definitely a good idea. Just post up results before adjusting. AI can definitely help w the puffiness. Remember, we can’t always beat our previous weight numbers every workout or week but, we can try! Lol

It doesn't show much by the pics but i am 6 kg's up.I know i got a bit fatter but dont mind that at all. Actually i am looking a lot better in my shirts now.also think the light of my starting photos is verry good because i was standing just under the light

Okay bloods update.
My e2 is 55 .. the last 2 time i pulled bloods it was around 25 so i think the reason for this is introducing the hcg recently..My doctor prescribed me letrozol 1.25mg ED but i cant trust him anymore and not going to do anything before asking here first. Everything else with bloods was fine. Test is 1056.

Not too high. I like the elevation for bulking but, if you having sides, take a minimal dosage {not letro} and see if the bloat goes down. I always get erections after taking .25 of adex-by morning. Save the Hcg for post cycle, unless u need to follow dr orders.

I rarely use it. It is a great product, I just have no use for it. Let me know what your next plan is, if your gonna change things.
