MHP pudding...ummm Good!

I stopped in our local GNC for some muscle milk.they had this Protein pudding made from mhp.,190 cal,30 grams of protein! This SHIT taste GREAT! I tried the chocolate. i'm putting some in my gym bag for sure!

Nice bro, finding semi healthy sweets can be tough....how much sugar is in that?

it has 0g sugar,but 1g sat.fat.its a good portion.i can get 2 servings outta 1 can! the cans 8.8ozer.almost as big as 2 cans of tuna!

Only chocolate & vanilla.A bit on the "pricey"side! 23.99 4 a box of 6.1 can was 4.99 bro.It's probably cheaper @ ur local on-line nutrition store,like DPS.
