Yeah, definitely a great film. Westside was hardcore, can't even imagine the amount of testosterone floating through that place on any given day. One good thing about Netflix is that they have all of the fitness cult films in their library. The Pumping Iron films are awesome too.

Watched it last night. His strength work is amazing and it’s such a cool documentary. Those dudes were and are nuts. Live and die for powerlifting. Literally!

I also watched that yesterday. Damn good. My wife was like so are you going to go workout now? You’re damn right woman! Something is getting PR’d right fking now, I followed that up with a Ric Flair woooooooo as I stormed to the garage. Great film.

I was gonna go hit the gym too until my daughter called and asked if I could watch my 4 yo granddaughter. Last time I took her to the gym, she was trying to lift the 5lb plates. Then she started posing. Lol
