rite now im pinning 2.5 in am and 2.5 post wkout,is there any difference if i just pin 5iu postwkout or is it more beneficial and productive to pin it 2.5 twice daily?

Also apparently the liver can only process so much gh at one time but i think this might be more dependent on the individual.

Smaller more frequent injections can increase fat loss moreso than one big injection from what I've read.

I’ve done it both ways and noticed no difference. I just pin the 5 upon waking.

A guy on another forum did bloodwork with one dose, then with split dosing. Igf1 was 70 points higher with split dosing.

Agreed. When i go 4iu or higher daily i pin it morning and night. i personally think its better that way.

Yes that is true ive had my igf-1 checked frequently and split dosing does seem to put out higher IGF-1 scores. I didnt have that large of a difference but it was always higher split up.
