I haven't posted a lot lately as I've just kinda been busy with everything except lifting. I've some some weird health things going on and decided to just take off a few months and see what happened.

In a really broad explanation I decided after the holidays to loose some weight and change my focus from gaining to loosing and shredding. I went from 255ish lbs down to 226lbs. Mostly due to diet, more cardio, mild a mounts of para and gh. Towards the end I ended up getting these welts all over my shoulders and upper chest as well as painful little pimple like bumps on my upper torso. That's what made me quit everything.

So fast forward a few months and I am 245ish, I've been bad, eating not so good and drinking a little more than probably whats good for me. Its like I took a several month vacation but I really needed it and needed a break from the gym entirely.

I have come to realize that my issues with the welts and all was from generic or not so pure gh. So any generic will be a no go for me from now on.

I'm 2 wks into my new blast which is as follows:

500 mg week test cyp
150 mg week parabolin
50 mg day anadrol
3 iu's geno's per day
25 mg aromasin 2x week
.5 mg caber 2x week

I'm only going to run the anadrol for 3 wks. I'm just using it to kick start my body and gain some strength back. I might re-introduce it later but time will tell. I felt good in the gym this morning but didn't do anything too crazy.

So goals this time around will be to once again drop some weight but maybe down to 230. I can't say that I enjoyed the 226lbs but my body did. I don 't know where my fine line will be but at 51 yrs old, I think 230 will be perfect. I snore like a freakin wild animal at anything above 240 to 245 so I'm sure my wife will like it. I'll run all of the above for about 16 wks depending on my holiday plans. The wife wants to go to Ireland so if that comes to pass, I'll stop early. I also have bloods mid January so I'll let my test get back into range.
