If you havent tried the Siggis Icelandic Yogurt... Do it! Shit is like icecream thick and minimal sugar, super clean and nutrient dense... That one little cup is like 15g of protien! Iceland is one of the cleanest civilized places on the planet... All the ingredients are from there. Plus you cant beat it for the probiotic content.
I normally dont eat processed meats but thats some nitrate/nitrite-free salami and every once in a while I needs my salamis! Lol!

Aldi has an off brand to Siggis, 1/2 the price and tastes just the same, shit it probably is siggis? Most Aldis (Friendly Farms) brands are overrun from a bigger brands. If you check plant codes they are the same. I know that there energy shot drinks are packaged at 5hr and just relabeled for sale at Aldi.

This made me curious so I did the research.... "Freimdly Farms" Skyr is NOT overrun or re-branded Siggis. "Friendly Farms" the dairy that provides the milk for Aldis store brand dairy products... got a terrible rating.
On a scale of 0-2700... Friendly Farms scored a 34

Im all about saving money but the food industry is a dirty dangerous one... Food is my #1 investment. I spend more on food than I do on any other monthly expense. People often tell me Im crazy for spending money on all organic food...
Them "But all that organic stuff is so expensive!"
Me: "ever seen the price tag on cancer treatments?"

Cornucopia did not rate Siggis dairy but the yogurt itself rated 965 out of 0-1700 and is verified non-gmo. I was really hoping they would have a rating to compare side by side but 34 isnt hard to beat. Im sure the Aldis brand wont kill anyone, Im jist picky about food. The little shit adds up over the years.
