Decided to start a thread to be more active here. I’ll be stepping on stage for my first time in 2 weeks after a short prep. I did 2 PL meets this year just for fun and after my last one I decided to give BB a try and found a show that was 10 weeks out so decided to go right into it . Doing classic and regular physique this time. Started at 218 fat AF and with the help of my coach have gotten down to 200.6 this morning which is the lowest I’ve been in over two years but held on pretty good size luckily. will also be doing another showe Dec 14th to give myself another 6 weeks of prep after this show and will hopefully actually have a chance of a good placing.
Now the fun stuff - Cycle So Far
10-5 weeks out

Added winny 50 mgs at 6 weeks out
4-2 weeks out

Just the orals as above
training
nothing interesting just quads/lower back, chest/tri/abs, back/hams, shoulders/abs, biceps/forearms and 2 cardio only days. Cardio only days are 0 carbs and cardio has been 45-1 hour fasted in the Am
diet
300 pro 50-100 carbs 50-60 fats weeks 10-6
300 pro 10-15 carbs 75-90 fats weeks 5-3
and now carb cycling kind of - 4 days out the week I’m doing 300/50/45 2 cardio only days 300/10/50 and leg day 225/200/25
well see what happens these next two weeks
I’ll post some pics soon. I tried staying away from tren this prep but after the show I’ll be adding it in for the next show so things will get more fun then lol

Today was back/hams so started with
deadlifts 3x8
rack pulls 3x10
low cable rows/straight arm pull downs 3x12/15
rear delt cables 3x15-20
DB rows 3x12
leg curls 20, 15, 15, 12
lying leg curls 3x12-15
baxk extensions / DB pull over 3x12/8
left feeling great had a steak when I got home that I had soaking in Worcester sauce with mushrooms peppers and onions and minced garlic since last night and seared it on the grill ... was freaking amazing .
rest of the food today was 2 6 oz swai meals, 10 oz egg whites w 1/2 cup oatmeal , 6 oz 96/4 ground beef with 2 oz avocado and 7 oz white potato and all meals have 2 servings of veggies

49638 swai with chili seasoning and lime and veggies with buffalo ranch seasoning
49639 6 oz NY strip pictures don’t do justice for this one 49640 egg whites , mushrooms spinach and secret savage hot sauce from Walmart good AF specially for egg whites 49642 49643 little posing after the workout since pump was still there. Really just running through my routine not focused as much on hitting the poses but the transitions and all that good stuff , again I’m not as lean as I could be for 2 weeks out but I’ve finally accepted it and the real goal is doing good for the December show

49673 had update pics this morning with coach and compared to my first pic I sent August 20th (8 weeks ago) and got to say not too bad went from 219 36 in waist and 200 32.9 in waist today lol so I’m more excited for the December show which is a little over 7 weeks out now

I need a freaking tan thou lol

thanks man! Yeah that’s exactly what I tel myself those days I feel like shit “just stick to it” . Gunna do both classic and men’s physique i really only wanted to do classic but coach suggested regular would be better so I’ll try both but while my posing for both sucks my classic poses are improving more than physique so we’ll see what happens and how I do this first show I’ll decide for the December show

Size up the competition in two weeks and get a feel of what they look like. It will help you plan out your mission for December. And talk to the guys, not all of them are going to be selfish a-holes. Learn from everyone and use the information that you can gain from.

yes sir just went to a show with my coach in the same area to see how it’s looking. Personally I was going back and forth between “I look like shit compared to these guys” and “I’d trash them” lol but my coach said depending on how the last week goes he thinks I’d either be second or first if that was my show so that helped me out some mentally . And thanks man !! Any and all advice/suggestions is welcomed and definitely appreciated

Coach updated me and cut about 300-500 cals per day , thought I wasn’t progressing till I spoke to him he said it ain’t that it’s just he wants me to come in 110% so that was good to hear . Had a great chest day thou basic but really good pump 5 sets flat branch which I haven’t done all prep pretty much 8-15 reps . 4x12 incline DB , 3x15 cable fly , 3x15 slow low cable fly. 5 sets for tris 6 sets for abs . Tomorrow is leg day and high carb day so should be a good day.

Yesterday was “high carb” (about 200) day for legs and it was a good leg day for sure . Woke up at 200.2 and felt pretty good after morning posing. Fuck how I place I’ll be happy with the package I’m bringing this time around 49789 10 days out, nothing but harder and harder work from here . No carbs at all today and only 1 hour of cardio . Broke up the cardio to 20 minutes on the steps at 10-12 and 40 minutes full incline 3.2

Tough day today mentally and physically. I’m down to about 35 g of carbs on workout days and Very low cals and a busy day but pushed through. Tomorrow is cardio only so 0 carbs. Last week is where things should get interesting

Had a good day yesterday spent an hour posing with coach and he had really good feedback so that’s good. Also got an ihop cheat meal I enjoyed the fuck out of it and smashed some back after. Last week starts today and really focusing 100% towards it nothing but fish egg whites and veggies till I carb back up also 30-45 minute fast paced workouts till Friday . My family dog passed away today that sucked but he was happy and had a good life so have to be grateful for that and keep grinding .

Swai is a kind of very light white fish I’m pretty sure it’s one of those shark catfishes but it goes pretty good with almost any seasoning and 6 oz is like 100 cals

show day and I feel ready and good , breakfast , touch ups and just a waiting game . I’ll be on stage 3 x . Almost added bodybuilding just for the hell of it but coach advised against it so I don’t fire myself out
