Well I thought I’d start a new log. I miss doing one and it really helps me to focus. I’ve always wanted to walk on stage for a bodybuilding show at least once. I know I have a long way to go. I don’t want to be the guy that doesn’t fit into the picture on stage. I’ve see it and it’s ridiculous.

My thanks to Riggs last spring for helping with leaning down and the proper gear to do it. And now Max for helping me with the process of getting to the stage, diet and workout plans, etc. My biggest obstacle is going to be stage fright. I know I sound like a pussy but its agonizing for me.

I’m 44 years old, 5’11”, currently 250 pounds. I have come up since July 3rd from 227 pounds when Max started helping me. Between the leaning up and official bulking, I just did a light cruise. Sept 28th started my current 20 week cycle (13.5 weeks left) with all Flex gear at the moment:

Mass bombs 50 (anadrol/dbol) twice a day for the 1st 4 weeks as a kicker
Weeks 1-20 the current regiment is
800mg EQ
600mg Test-E
400mg Mast-E
350mg NPP
I pin eod.
Caber on hand
Nolvadex Mon, Wed, Fri
Aromason 12.5 Mon, Fri

Food: 4200 calories, no added fat but I try to keep it at 125 or less, 500 carbs and 340 protein or more.

Most of the year I have been dealing with shoulder issues in my right shoulder. Did physical therapy and then bpc-157 and tb500. Those injections have been a God send. I’m almost 100% again. I also have herniated discs in the L4-L5/ L5-S1. I work around those. Had them for about 12 years. Just cant get too heavy with squats and other movements that compress the spine. I think the bpc and tb500 may be helping that too, though. My back has been more tolerant of weight than it has in the last few years.

. My lifestyle is a bit crazy due to my job. I have no schedule, on call 24/7 and travel constantly. Therefore a lot of my workouts happen in hotels and with whatever they offer. Usually dumbbells and cable machines. I try to get to a gym to do squats when possible.

And please feel free to critique me on every aspect. It’ll only help me to be better.

Following man! And no stage fright is some serious shit. It was my biggest fear all throughout school. Your going to see a badass change and that’s going to help tremendously. Plus your doing this for you brother! I know your going to fight for it and your going to earn that stage spot!

Have you considered lower doses. It looks like you have a ways to go, no judgement cuz I'm in the same boat but I think you could make a lot of progress with hard training and a decent diet before you need to start hammering the gear. Those are some heavy doses your starting with and I know I feel toxic on less.

I have considered lower doses, this isnt my first cycle though. For me, EQ seems to work best at the 600-800 range and I dont feel the other stuff is that high. But if you have a suggestion for tweaking my cycle, please let me know. I'm learning everyday. What makes me feel toxic is the orals. Was glad to get off of those.

Chest Day: in the hotel today. Only thing available is a multi station cable machine and some cardio equipment. 1st day of 10-15 reps. Have been doing 6-8. Definitely feels different. And shortened rest time between sets to 60 seconds.

Preworkout: Redcon 1's total war and big noise

Vitamins and Supplements: turmeric, vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, potassium, EAA's, 81mg aspirin, red yeast rice with co-Q10, milk thistle, glucosamine with chondroitin and MSM, krill oil, and a blend of fish flax and borage oils, creatine, Tudca, NAC, vitamin D, vitamin C.

All Machine/Cable work
Flat Press: 2 warm-up then 5 x 16,15,13,12,11

Incline: 5 x 15,15,14,13,11

Decline: 5 x 15,14,13,12,12

1 arm cable flyes:
Angled and up: 5 x 15,15,15,14,12
Horizontal: 5 x 15,15,15,13,12

Push-ups for a finisher: 2 sets

Cardio: Treadmill 3mph, 3 degrees, 45 minutes.

I personally would just run a little test with either the eq or npp and cut some body fat then ramp up after a cruise when you are starting with a better body comp. From my experience I hold on to muscle with just a small amount of gear and hard training. I once ran over a gram and tried to bulk when I was over 20 percent and didn't grow anywhere except in the waist. If you can handle the gear and your bp and bloods are in check then enjoy. I just know my body wouldn't like it. Keep us posted

Arm Day: Home gym today. Short on time with work. So I cut cardio short. These higher reps are kicking my ass. 5 hours later and my arms feel bruised.

Appreciate the advice, different view points are partly why I like these logs. I was actually quite a bit leaner when I started this bulk. I had cut a lot of fluff. So the fat gain I have now is planned to pack on as much muscle as I can. 13 more weeks of gain, then I'll cut back again. And I'll cut deeper this time.

I will start by saying that Max will be huge in getting you where you want to be.If you listen.

Based on my conversations with maxmuscle1, I doubt your gear course is prescribed by him. It’s too much, especially where you are now. Your primary focus needs to be losing fat and maintaining muscle, working from lean to competition shape from there. You are eating too many calories at the moment as well.
You need to be in a deficit and getting your fat under control as you have a lot of it still. Your progress is good, don’t get me wrong, but you are still quite fat...at least from a BB stand point.

As far as competing...you need to pick a show and date so you have a specific goal. As Lewis Carroll said “If you don’t know where you are going, any road will take you there.”
Picking a date will give you focus. Having said that, you don’t have a job that is conducive to competing. Not to say you can’t, it will just take an incredible amount of focus.

One realistic goal at a time my friend.



I think max will back me up on this, diet 80%/training 15%/drugs5%.Use this as a motivator.

Thank you for your suggestions, I do have a date and a show to work for. My job is a pain to work around, but if I let my job control my life, I'd accomplish nothing. I've learned to work around it over the years. I agree, I do have fluff to lose. And I will.

I worked on a door crew, on the road, during my prep for my first show in 1989. They were these huge commercial doors and much work was done from cherry pickers. It got to be a kind of funny thing because when my watch alarm would go off, the crew would stop as I lowered down to get my meal. By the end of a few weeks, the other crews in the building would hear my alarm and there would be a crescendo of “TIME TO EAT!” Yelled throughout the site. That was cool.

My boss hated it because we were paid expenses and guys would order a $4.99 Grand Slam for breakfast and I’d order oatmeal, 6 hard boiled eggs or something, that added up to around $12. Fortunately for me, I was irreplaceable on the crew due to me being the only person who could read blueprints and fabricate metal.
Those were the days...$26.50/hour prevailing wage. I was making a ton of money on the road while my GF was at home, having parties, banging other dudes and depleting all my funds.
But I stayed intensely focused on my upcoming debut show.
Oddly enough, my GF didn’t like sleeping with me because I was “hard and prickly”.

I’d like to see you back off the gear for now and keep us updated. Aside from hiring a coach, you will get some good advice here.

Stage fright is a killer. I hated wrestling in duals in school and powerlifting comps I would get nervous as hell except for benching. Lol

Got my labs drawn by the Dr today. They wont check my test and estrogen in my general practitioner’s office, but I can at least find out how the rest of things are going.

Got my lab results from yesterday. I get wellness check once a year that my insurance pays 100% on. I know it doesn't show everything that guys like us want to know, but it gives me some basics. All is pretty good. My cholesterol came down from 320 last year at this time. Also, my HDL last year was only 20. Today started off a bit rough with that right shoulder giving me a little hell. But as I progressed through the workout, it felt better.

This is about my normal. Maybe fats around 100. I'll get them down to 75 or less like you said, Max. At least they are almost 100 less than yesterday. Of course. Not eating a 1 pound cheeseburger helped.

I like them but if I eat much more than a bite or two of sweets, I get nauseous. My main cheat would probably be a cheeseburger or pizza and a beer. But I'm doing good on that one too. This Sunday will be 3 weeks since I last had alcohol.

That is good. Alcohol seems to be a tough one for people. Those empty calories kill diet/workout programs if your a big drinker. It is fine to enjoy for celebrations and vacations but for
motivation and muscle, I just see zero benefits.
If you put a good pizza and a six pack of beer in front of me....I’ll choose the pizza everytime. Now, you can’t have both! It’s my scenario!!!! Lol

I want to do classic so headed to 260lbs then cut to 245....(that'll he part muscle and fat loss)
Personally I'd have cut body fat first, then worked on even gains clean and steady...less conversion of gear to estrogen and allows you a better take of what your working with....
I know bust lifestyle mine is hell, I just make it happen nowadays
..

...masterone is great for hardening muscles for a time of show lack of fat say sub 10% or lower before mast...
Just asking I do masterone but i walk 10% bf at my heaviest and normal 7 to 8 year round

Masteron still has anti estrogenic properties and in many regards better to counteract the decrease libido sometimes accompanied with tren deca etc. Proviron offers little to no strength gains compared to masteron.

I am not super lean and Masteron is also one of my favorite chemicals to run. Actually one of my all time best cycles was test, tren and Masteron.

Imo regardless of body fat Masteron will always be a staple in my cycles.

I agree if it works for you then use it. Masteron actually works almost the same as tren for me when it comes to fat burning effects but the agression and gyno dont happen on it. I can definitely see where Rizky is coming from using it low dose along side other compounds.

TBH it looked like a fairly advanced cycle based on his starting photo has some work I think to do before jumping on a cycle like that and for 20 wks. Seems not only risky but a waste because his body will not be able to utilize all those supplements = side effects that are not necessary but that's just my 2 cents. He would have do fine with 500mg Test per week for 16 wks. then time off then add something next cycle and repeat.

Back day: Got up early before work. Didn’t get to finish last exercise. Bastards called me 2 hours early. Been sticking to the meals fairly strictly. 258 pounds this morning.

Preworkout: Redcon1's total war (1/2 dose) and big noise

When bulking or dieting it is best to meet macro goals 7 days a week, on all days. Adjusting rapidly caused loss of gains/muscle. Food for thought! Lol Food to eat [emoji1] sometimes it is inevitable due to circumstances but, sticking to diet is paramount

Some people can lose 5-7lbs from night to morning. Especially on PED’s that work overtime{tren is notorious}. I train some small hargainer types who have to eat 5,500 to 7k kcals daily @ 135lbs to even gain 1lb every 2-3 weeks. They are natural but, it shows you how learning your metabolism is key{BMR}, which changes as well.

I eat about every 3 hours. And I'm usually hungry and ready by that time. Been doing the 4 meals and 2 shakes like you told me. And usually 2 cups of cottage cheese before bed. From what you recommended above, is the goal to increase my fats and protein?

Temporarily just because your body sometimes needs a break from the same foods or calories, hence cheat meals! I find that they make my workouts strong and your body will hold on to that extra fat. It is just something that I do, my favorite is to get an antipasta or Italian meats, cheeses and olives, basically a charcuterie board and eat it, enjoy it! Then back to diet. Sounds like your body wants some heavier calories right now, so let it have em! I’m not saying go to Wendy’s or McDonald’s but pick a non carb Meal w protein and fats only. Grill up a double cheeseburger 2- 1/3 or 1/2lbers and wrap w big lettuce and onions, tomatoes, pickles, and chow down!

In place of a mealtime or shake. Really won’t matter much as long as your following the diet the rest of the time. After someone strictly sticks to the diet and workout for 4 weeks w/o mess ups; I always recommend 2 cheat meals per week, preferably on the same day. If they messed up, I don’t let them, but, I’m not with you so.. go for it!

Always get excited for those days. I actually just had grilled chicken breast tenderloins w Moore’s Buffalo Sauce and Sour Cream. No added carbs. It was delicious even though I eat them all day. It’s technically not raw because of the salt/sugar herb curing process. It is indeed an incredible flavor. They have a smoked version too. On a nice Dave’s Killer Bagel w cream cheese, tomato, red onion, capers and lemon!

Chest day: Havent changed anything, but from Sunday to Sunday I went from 258 to 247. So Max has revamped my diet a bit with some more fats. Less chicken breast, more beef and dairy. To me beef and dairy spells out cheeseburger, but I think the coach has a different opinion.

Also, have dropped my reps to 6-9 and 4 sets, heavy as I can go to finish this bulk. Had a good day for lifting in the hotel.

And have changed my gear to:
Test-E 1000mg
Deca 600mg
Mast-E 200mg
A short blast in my blast.

Post workout: 10grams creatine with my shake.

Chest day: hotel workout today. Only had a Precor cable machine to work with. But luckily the press part was adjustable to hit different angles. And I did the cable crossover movements 1 arm at a time. But it beats nothing.

Over the holidays, kept my diet on track except a little cheating on Thanksgiving. But wasn’t worth a shit at the workout regiment. No excuses, but have a lot going on at the house at the moment and didn’t make working out a priority. Back in the game now.

Preworkout: ½ serving of Redcon 1's total war and full serving of Big Noise. That total war is a little too much stimulus for me on an everyday basis. But great for leg day.

Post workout: 10grams creatine with my shake.

Have been trying the bpc-157 for awhile. It helped a lot with my shoulder along with tb500. But doesn't seem to help as much with my forearm. Could be a quality of product maybe or just not working as well this time.

I did the BPC for my left arm, exact same issue. It totally resolved it. Ran a whole kit on this one and it most definitely took away the crippling effect it was having and made things at least some what functionable. But that’s as far as it got... now I’m doing PT on it and can’t help but feel like they’re a sham lol.. I don’t feel shit that they do and nothings getting better or worse.

Back down to 251. Cant seem to hold 260 longer than a couple days and then I start dropping weight. Wasnt planning on cutting for another 6 weeks 1 day. I guess Ill just roll with it. Strength is still coming up so I'm not too worried.

I avoid the sodas too. I like lacroix though. Shit, it doesn't seem to matter what I eat lately. I dont gain any weight.

For your reading enjoyment, I've been having that tendonitis in my right forearm/elbow. Yesterday was doing Incline dumbbells and it felt like something shocked me in that arm. Only thing I can say now is that it mixes well in a shaker and I thought being a meal replacement, it would keep me full longer. I was starving about an hour later. But you can't beat real food.

Yeah, no meal supplement can really satisfy a mans appetite like a good solid plate of food but, I am very thankful to have and use them. My sister just started the MRE lite and Double Tap fat burner. I definitely will be able to see how well she like it.

I'm a locomotive engineer. I'm on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a few exceptions. I can be called to work every 10 hours, not always that soon, but does happen frequently. So I have to sleep, lift, cook, see the family, etc in that time off. And that's the home time off. I'm in hotels on the other end of it and on trains from 8-16 hours at a time. So my life is extremely unpredictable. But I make it work. I carry a huge cooler and a hot logic mini to be able to have hot meals. Made an adapter to use it on the train. Sometimes when the train is stopped for awhile, I get off and go for walks to get my cardio in. I'm at the mercy of whatever the hotels have to get my workouts in. That's also why my workouts are never in the same order. I will do back or chest or whatever I have the best equipment for at the time. Probably more info than you wanted, but that's my story in a nutshell.

Salmonella Cut Program. Not funny but, I had to. Eggs I am guessing?? Salmonella tears you up from both ends! I soft boil all my eggs because I got it once. Never again. Apparently some people are getting it from the pasteurized egg whites too; guess they were not pasteurized properly. It’s rare but still happens

Chest Day: First real lift since I was sick. Had lost 14 pounds, but back up 3 now. Was dreaming about lifting and woke up ready to get it done.
Weaker than I had hoped and ran out of juice quickly, but it was satisfying to get in there and get it done. As you know, Max has been helping me with my journey, thanks Max. I feel like I had a successful bulk and if the body fat tests were correct I gained about 10.5 pounds lean mass.

Max gave me the first part of my cutting plan. Since I dropped so much weight anyways, I thought I'd use the couple weeks left of my bulk to transition slowly to my cutting diet instead of trying to cram food just gain all my weight back. When I went from cutting last summer to
full on bulking overnight, I felt like shit. So hopefully this transition time will be a better idea.

All the vitamins and supplements the same for the moment. Only have changed my diet some and started the new workout. Still having some tendonitis issues in my right arm and elbow. Thought the lighter weight and higher reps might be better for that.

Workout:
Shoulder Warm-up
DB Incline Press: 5 sets, 15,18,17,11,11
DB Incline Flye: 3 sets, 18,17,15
DB Pullover: 3 sets, 18,16,15
DB Flat Press: 3 sets, 18,15,15 had to rest pause to get my numbers
Push-ups to failure: Pussed out on this one. I just couldn't do them.

Also not sure why I forgot this until now but a few hours prior to workout add like a teaspoon of baking soda to water or some drink and gulp it down. The sodium bicarbonate or baking soda will buffer the lactic acid build up so itll take longer in the workout for you to get gassed.

Not to give Max a big head, but he has done a great job for me. If my body fat test is accurate, I’m up 10.5 pounds of lean mass since July. Not bad for a 44 year old dad. One of the worst I had was a full blown Charlie horse that hit my hamstring and worked it's way down to my calf causing the whole back of my leg to cramp quite intensely. It was a good one I almost passed out from it lol. Keep up the good work brother.

Ugh this reminds me of my experience a few months ago. Killer leg day then I was still pumping and had tons of energy to do more so I decided I’d do the stair climber... never ever ever again... my legs waited until I got to the top where I planned on doing my 45minutes at... instead they both locked up on me forcing me to a squat position and I couldn’t do shit but use my arms to make sure I didn’t full blown roll down the stairs.. it took me forever to get my legs to straighten out and hold them in stretching positions.. but they still wanted to lock up as I was trying to get to my car... so I’ll never do cardio on a leg day ever again... cardio can stay with ab and lighter days instead.

Back Day: good day but no heart in it. Still getting used to this cut in calories. Usually takes me a couple weeks to adjust to a big change.
Feel lethargic, pissy, and dont give a shit about too much. And I really want cinnamon rolls and whiskey. But I guess chicken, brussel sprouts, and cauliflower rice will do for tonight.

All the other stuff is the same as usual. Got the squat rack moved into my weight room. So ready to put it to work.

And I'm pretty sure I've torn a muscle on the left outer side, just proximal to my elbow. I felt that zipper feeling yesterday when I did arms. It's all bruised up today. Will have the Doc check it out this week.

Preworkout: Redcon1's big noise

Post workout: 10grams creatine with my ½ serving of Redcon1 MRE and a 50 gram Dymatize Whey Isolate shake.

Gear: 100 Test-P, 75 Tren-A, 75 Mast-P every other day. 75mg Anavar and 50 Proviron daily. Aromasin twice a week. Nolvadex and Caber on hand.

Vitamins and Supplements: Turmeric 3000mg, Vitamin C 1000mg, Magnesium 750mg, Zinc 75mg, Potassium 300, EAA's 4000mg, 81mg Aspirin, Red rice yeast 1200mg with co-Q10 100mg, Milk thistle 750mg, Glucosamine 1500mg with Chondroitin 1200mg, MSM 1500mg and collagen 300mg, and a blend of fish flax and borage oils, creatine 10g, Tudca 250mg, NAC 1800mg, Vitamin D3 5000iu, Cinnamon 1000mg, Garlic extract 3000mg, Hawthorne berry 1695mg, Citrus Bergamot 500mg, and Astralgus extract 2000mg.

Cardio: 0745 with Redcon1’s Double Tap fat burner.
1 hour fasted cardio 3.5mph, 114 bpm

Maybe it's not official cardio but I'm counting it anyways.
Had to walk a 7800 ft train 4 times on 3% grade railroad chat in ice & snow and 28 degrees. Heart rate was 140 when I checked it and I'm beat. Ok, at least bonus cardio. Lol.

Leg Day: Just got in from the road at 7am. Slept 3.5 hours before lift. Still a good lift, but I’m a grumpy mofo. Looks like I’ll head back out tonight.
Stagnant on the weight the last week, but am seeing results of leaning down like smaller love handles and some striations starting to poke through.

Cardio:
None since its leg day.

Arm day in the hotel. Didnt have access to any cable system, so used stretch bands to complete the tricep portion. Felt a bit weak and low on energy today. I think the low fat and carbs are bugging me a bit.
But nothing I cant work through. Also, this crazy lack of schedule I live in, takes it toll sometimes.

All the vitamins and supplements are the same. Nothing new to report.

Small goal within the big picture is to get down to 240 by Feb 7th.
Shouldn't be an issue, probably even sooner.

The heart inflammation is gone, I'm back to normal but that myocarditis really took the wind out of my sails. I've stayed lifting again very light this week over on my daily log I post updates not very detailed yet though. I need to clean my diet up most of all, its been shitty. Thank you for asking Risky.

I actually prefer resistance bands to cables for some exercises, that peak contraction when the band tension is at its heaviest helps me in certain situations. Keep doing your thing bro.

Only food here is in the vending machine. Last time I looked was expired last August, seriously. I just like to lift when I first wake up or at least within a couple hours of waking. Ready to crash now and hopefully, in the morning, get another fasted cardio before I get called back out.

Arm day in the hotel. Again had to use bands for the pushdown exercises. No cables available. Felt extremely unmotivated and looked flat as hell today. But got it done. Right elbow and both forearms hurt from that tendonitis. Went to the Dr last Monday and he said I could either quit working out for awhile or deal with it. Well I'm not quitting if there is an option.

Never tried them that way. Looks good I actually eat the soft part off of all the leaves. Everyone thinks that's weird. Good dipped in garlic butter.
