Thanks Bear! How do you feel when taking Apo-lactoferin? Anything at all? This helps blood circulation around the body right?

Shit, I eat alot, thats alot of energy lol.I could be wrong but i believe biotin is one of the vitamin B's , which happens to be in almost everything ( pop tarts , cereal , protein powder , weight gainers ) it doesn't really give energy like caffeine or ephedra. I think it more so helps blood sugar levels if im thinking correctly

I think omega 5 helps with inflammation .
As far as free test nothing beats prov iron or masteron . I've never taken prov iron but mast is amazing especially if you're not single

I am taking that IP6 and bio curcumin as part of a iron dumping program ...along with bimonthly blood donation.

Had elevated ferritin, super high, beginning of this yr. This is a piece of the protocol to bring it down.

also adding Astragalus for kidneys - Thanks!I haven't checked in years, but when I did compare years ago 1000mg daily raised free test almost as much as 50mg proviron daily. It also has a DHT inhibitory effect on the prostate, which does seem to help me piss better too which is good
