They have a huge alarm on the wall of the gym, called the lunk alarm. Under it is the definition of lunk, which they’ve defined as “anyone who grunts, drops weights or judges (whatever that means)” – if you do any of that, the alarm immediately goes off for the whole gym to hear and a staff member comes over and gives you a warning.

Funny video but him acting like that just proved why these retards say "must be juiced up". Him losing his cool in front of everyone just set people who run gear back 10 years. I try to always keep cool just because when a guy that's all jacked up starts yelling and screaming......anyone around will pretty much say "he's juiced up".

On the other hand I can totally relate to him in that years back my wife wanted to go to PF. So I got a membership, I hated it from day one. At that gym, the lunk alarm had a plug that could be pulled out very easy. A lot of us would pull it until they had to relocate it - lol
