The wrestler? He looks awful right now. I would just bulk up to a point were you have the look you are aiming for and then make adjustments from there with bf and specific muscle groups.

Yes the wrestler. Of course hes old and fat now. One he’s old, two he’s out of the business. No need to continue to punish the body like he did. He was insanely big.

Scotty is 6ft and was usually 275 lbs but went up to 290. In his early days he was 240 ish. He's 57 or 58 yrs old and has suffered many injuries. He's still a cool cat.
