This is the official log for my sponsored cycle from AASDIRECT SHOP. A huge thank you to them and 9tmare for choosing me to log their products. Below is an overview of the cycle and training style during this 10week log.

10 week cycle: sponsored by AAS DIRECT SHOP

700mg Purepharma Sustanon weekly 1-10
500mg Entitypharma EQ weekly 1-10
50mg Purepharma Tbol/split dose
25mg MK677 daily (different brand)

My lifting regimen during this sponsored cycle was designed by Max so a big thank you for him taking time to design me a program! I will be running the follow program setup.

Training Schedule-
6 day workout split- 3days on,1 off,3days on,1day off. *Repeat

Push Day: An upper body day- the chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Leg Day: A lower body day for the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.
Pull Day: Another upper body day- back and biceps.
Off
Repeat

For my food consumption I'm aiming for 4450-4500 calories per day and will step up as needed. Whole foods are the go to here, my protein AMD carbs will be very high with fats staying to a minimum as per Max's direction.

The goal of this cycle is to recomposition and to grow up to around 225 with visible abs.

So since I like pinning before bed i had my wife put 1ml of Purepharma Sustanon and 1ml of Entitypharma EQ in my right lat. Woke up today and almost no pip despite the larger amount of oil and the Sustanon being 350mg/ml so this is good.

I also took the MK677 last night. This morning I took my first dose of Purepharma Tbol 25mg. This is my first time using Tbol or Sustanon so I'm excited to see how they feel and the results they can produce. My next dose of Tbol will be in the afternoon around my workout.

Very nice brotha!!! You all set and already off to a solid start! You have a nice build already. This combination of diet, training and other necessary tools are going to take off very nice and leave sick results! I already know it man! Very cool of you to do this and already very detailed!!

Sadly today is a rest day, but tomorrow it's back to the iron paradise lol.

So I already can feel the MK677 increasing hunger. I just ate maybe an hour ago and my stomach is growling for food already which isn't normal for me, typically I get hungry again after 3ish hours not this fast.

You can get ahold of 9tmare he can let you know exactly when they'll be back up. I believe he made a post a couple days ago saying they needed to restock that's all.

Yeah, you actually ate a lot of the foods I do anyway. Love fermented products like kimchi, kefir, oats, sauerkraut.

So 2 raw eggs down the hatch???

No I put the eggs in my coffee and blend in my protein shaker. If I had to eat them raw I would but why not make it palatable. Plus the coffee isn't hot enough to breakdown the nutrients in the eggs.

The Fitbit screenshot was without working out, it was an off day. 3 on, 1off, 3 on, repeat. Today is chest, shoulders, and triceps though, let's get some!

Yep its fucking working!!!! As I stated in the past this is my first time using anything with short esters(Sustanon). I have never felt ON this fast before. It typically takes a week or two on long esters. I have a nonstop energy can feel building up, its feels like an internal furnace if you will. That's how I know when I feel ON. Between the Tbol and Sustanon I know for a fact this is the cause of this feeling. This ride is going to be fucking epic.

I woke up this morning at 4:30 because my stomach was growling and couldn't fall back asleep. I'm not even tired, I wanna run through walls right now. Let's channel this energy in a positive way today.

Did you start the mk677? It took me a long time to get used to the hunger and weird tired sides. I first took it at bedtime for 2mo. , then I started getting up in middle of night awake and hungry, then I switched to mornings and I was able to get through the tiredness just by being active and making sure I had by caffeine . I did start taking sublingual b12 which made a noticeable difference. The stuff definitely stimulates the ghrelin hormone; similar to ghrp6 but with the added gh secretogogue effects.

Yes I began the MK Sunday night along with my injection. I usually wake up in the middle of the night anyways so the hunger doesnt bother me that much. The tiredness I dont feel because of the night time administration, I wouldn't want the tiredness either so I want to stick to taking it before bed.

My stamina for high reps isn't built up yet so I missed a few reps here and there, in a couple weeks I should be on par though.
I had the ON feeling through the whole workout, the pumps were amazing thanks to the Tbol. That real good burn where it feels like your skin is ripping apart, I love that feeling.

I've always tra kef calories and macros this way since college like 6years ago. Lately my strict adherence to the macro goals is upsetting my wife. She says, " Why cant you eat normal food with me? Why do you have to stick to Max's diet, hes not here he'd never know then you can just say you did."
My response," But I would know I cheated and I cant do that."
People act like eating healthier food is the end of the world. Put tour taste buds aside and think about not being a sick, overweight, depressed person later in life. Or passing those health issues onto your kids. It might sound narcissistic but how can you be accepting of looking and feeling like that and not want to change it.

Man I've never had enhanced recovery kick in this fast before. Its definitely the Sustanon and Tbol working, usually it takes 2 weeks for overnight recovery to start happening. I'm 2 days in and even after last nights pretty brutal workout my chest, shoulders, and triceps arent nearly as sore as what they should be for that kind of workload. This is fucking awesome, the next 10 weeks will be fun.

I think lifting this early is why I was cramping up. Normally I lift later and have more fluids and food in me, still had a good workout though. After my workout I pounded a carbo gain, creatine, and isolate protein shake. My back and biceps are full as fuck now that I have fluids and the carbs in me. Happy Thanksgiving everyone, let's eat!

No the low calories yesterday was poor planning on my part. I was in the woods most of the day without food with me. Today is a different story lots of food and drink with us. No we picked new spot to hunt this year so we just cleared the ground and sat down, no blinds or stands. We have quads for hauling the deer out of those woods that's about it for luxury Haha.

I will lift tonight after hunting. Good thing I'm restocking on deer meat for them gainz!

Yes I make jerky, my favorite is a sweet and spicy recipe but my wife likes sweet and smoky. It's all good as hell though, we steaks the most when it comes to cooking deer meat. Cut them like an inch thick put some McCormick smokehouse maple seasoning on and that's all I need that combo of sweet with the game taste of deer goes so good together.

I weighed myself this morning with no food or drink in me and after going to the bathroom, 226.5. 1 week in and I'm damn near 10lbs heavier, though I know the majority of this is intramuscular fluids. In 10 weeks though its going to be big slabs of meat added to my frame.

Today is back and biceps, I will post the workout earlier today since I dont have a ton of running around to do unlike yesterday.

I slept like a rock last night. I took 750mg of GABA before bed and oh boy the dream I had lol. I dreamt I was Cratos from God of War and I was battling Gods, Titans, and demons. I was hacking through MFs with the blades of chaos. I actually slept through my wife's alarm which almost never happens. I feel good though, today is a scheduled rest day so gonna eat and recover. My meals so far today

Breakfast: 3 eggs, coffee
2nd Breakfast: french toast made with 4.5 slices multigrain bread, 2 eggs, half cup milk and a few tbsp of sugar free syrup. I also had a big glass of milk with it.
Lunch: leftover ham about 7oz, 2 cups of scalloped potatoes.

Ill most likely eat a 2nd lunch of chicken breast, celery and carrot sticks, and a couple bananas I have left to use before they go bad. Dinner will most likely be more chicken breast, maybe a bowl of ancient grains cereal as "dessert".

My home gym is actually pretty extensive, I have all the basics plus some that you can do just about any exercise or at least a variation of it. We can see that from Max's program. The only additional thing I wish I had was a leg press or at very least a hack squat. Some day I'll get my hands on one haha.

Carbs are easy getting that 420g of protein is difficult, protein is so filling.

I'm not sure if it's a combination of all the compounds or 1 specific one but my body temperature is higher than normal. I'm always warm, even with it being only 20s and 30s here in PA. I keep my place at 63° and I'm still sweating even at night when I sleep.
I have to fix the exhaust on my truck today the one side is hanging down because the mount broke so I'll just wire tie it up for the time being. Then grocery shopping to stock back up and later I'll hit chest, shoulders, and triceps.

I wonder if the carpet matches the drapes? Haha

I love venison hearts. Partially freeze, cut thin, some teriyaki, salt and pepper, 30sec each side over hot coals! So good!

These high reps still have me running out of steam at times but I'm improving. The pumps are intense, I think I might stop dosing Tbol before my workout so the pumps are lessened. I feel I might not get gassed from the high reps as easy that way.

With hard work ethic{which you have}and the time bulking and cutting over and over. You will get their. Prime has a lot of experience and muscle maturity. It all comes to those who make it a lifestyle and not just cycle. BTW, after you made all the changes and are doing the Rocky IV {Russia scene workouts}. It’s very inspiring and I can’t wait to see after 10-20 weeks of progress. A lot of people don’t have access or their gym is too far away. Maybe you could post up some ideas of what you have done to improve your home style gym{garage/room}. [emoji1690]

Truth be told I've never done a real cut with the goal of getting visible abs, muscle separation, and veins. I figured I was too small and would look stringy if I did. Maybe this coming year I will at some point. I will post pics some time during this log of how I make what equipment I have work.

I'm not sure if it's a combination of all the compounds or 1 specific one but my body temperature is higher than normal. I'm always warm, even with it being only 20s and 30s here in PA. I keep my place at 63° and I'm still sweating even at night when I sleep.
I have to fix the exhaust on my truck today the one side is hanging down because the mount broke so I'll just wire tie it up for the time being. Then grocery shopping to stock back up and later I'll hit chest, shoulders, and triceps.

I wonder if the carpet matches the drapes? Haha

Its definitely a longer ran compound 12-16 weeks. I started mine at 600 but noticed more after I bumped it to 900. Very clean gains it feels like. Slow but steadily coming in.

I've ran EQ as low as 450mg/week for 13weeks and still saw gains from it, though like 9tmare said here it takes a little while. The endurance boost is nice though especially when doing higher volume workouts. Everyone needs to find their own dose but what you and 9tmare have stated seems pretty standard.

Domt get me wrong I wish I had a gym membership and all the equipment that comes along with it but it's so much money in the grand scheme. That's why I started getting equipment when I found it super cheap over the past few years. I still want a leg Press though that would complete my home gym.

I make do with what I have.
Leg press beats squats for me everytime, taking the spinal loading out of the equation let's me go so much harder and stimulate my leg muscles way better. That's just my anthropometry though, I'm not built for squats even though I still do them and was quite strong at them in the past. From a muscle hypertrophy only standpoint not worrying about strength leg Press gives me better development hands down. Those machines are expensive though so I'll have to wait and save for one.

Scheduled rest day, been sitting in the woods since 5:30am and have yet to see one damn deer and its 12:30 in the afternoon. Oh well that's why it's called hunting not killing.
I'm still trying to take in plenty of calories today but its bloating my stomach up to uncomfortable levels. Normally I'm up and moving to process all the food but today sitting in the woods it's not digesting well. I need to kill a deer so I can drag it to get my digestion and metabolism going haha.

Next is my incline bench I could drag my whole bench outside and use the dip station as a rack from the top position but I dont have all day to do that so this gives me a place to set the weight after my sets instead of from the floor each set.

So as you can see the bar sits up on my benches and I lay plates down with my mat as the bench. This gets me up off the floor high enough to do full ROM bench Press without my elbows hitting the floor, boom bench Press set up.

After this I cooked dinner, we had deer heart and liver for the first time. I cooked it with sauteed onions and sweet bell peppers. It was good, coming from s life long hater of liver. Deer liver is way better than any beef liver. The only downside is those cuts of meat are so nutrient dense that eating 1lb of them felt like 4lbs in my stomach. I've never been so full so fast.

I don't see why not, even after I pin my last shot at 10weeks the long esters in the Sustanon and EQ will easily be in my system for a few weeks after that. In reality I won't be able to start PCT until around week 13 or 14.

The Tbol I can notice especially when I dose it preworkout because it makes the pumps very intense.
The MK is 25mg a night yes, I can notice it every morning I wake up because I am ravenously hungry which isn't normal for me.

Today is a scheduled rest day. I had to go to the office for work today, people were looking at me funny while I'm chowing down on baked potatoes and a couple cans of tuna haha.
So I think I narrowed down the cause of my higher than normal body temperature. I payed attention to when the high body temp is at it ls highest and its usually not long after dosing the Tbol. Has anyone else had this from running Tbol, maybe it's just a personal side effect?

On a side note is anyone else pissed off about the potential sarms ban and what not? It's just another example of how the government wants to keep us fat, sick, and unhappy. Anytime something good comes along for building muscle, improving health, or promoting better quality of life it gets taken away from us without our consent. Fucking bullshit!

Well I got another deer today but it was a young one so it was small. I managed to get a headshot so I didnt ruin any meat though, hope to get 30-35lb from it.

I came home to a new puppy that my wife decided to get so that was a pleasant surprise haha.

The puppy is only 8 weeks so I dont know of that's still too soon or not. I dont k ow much about the breed, but so far her eyes are normal brown.

So I'll be honest I didnt get to train last night or post up any of my diet info and what not. Our 2 dogs we already have arent taking to the puppy very well and the male, Liam, as being very territorial. Hes snarls and growls at the puppy so last night I had to try and do some acclimating between them all. I don't want him to hurt the puppy so I spent the evening trying to get them to play together. All 3 will play together outside no issue, they chase each other and everything tails wagging. When the puppy, Lexi, tries to play in the house though Liam and Lily want nothing to do with her and Liam starts growling again. This morning so far in the house Liam has been a little less mean and even let puppy Lexi lay next to him for a bit. Normally if Lexi comes near him he gets up and moves to a different area. This will take time, I just want to make sure the puppy is safe.

Today i was going to go hunting again but i think I'll skip so i can make sure to get legs in today and also get all 3 dogs to warm up to each other more.

Well all 3 dogs are playing together outside more and the older 2 are less standoffish to the puppy than yesterday. Its progress. I can tell the puppy likes my older male dog the most, ironically hes the one taking the longest to warm up to her. She follows him everywhere and tries to cuddle and play with his big fluffy tail. These 2 will be best friends once the puppy is accepted as part of the pack.

It wasnt a single particular injury but rather compounding minor injuries. Lifting things heavier than we should've, lack of rest, never getting enough sleep, there were a handful of times I had to call off work because my low back spammed and locked up so I couldn't physically move to roll out of bed, plus add trying to maintain a lifting regimen on top of it. It all adds up, and I dont want this to sound like me complaining its just these are the facts of what decreased the strength and structural integrity of my low back.

Today was chest, shoulders, and triceps. My weights were not where they should've been today. Last week doing this same workout I did something to my tendon in my elbow while hitting triceps at the end of the workout. I'm guessing a microtear as now I can feel a slight crunching effect when my elbow is bent and my tricep is stretched out. I did my best though today.

I love EQ and this Tbol is a nice addition dry clean gains. I've gained that 11lbs and my vascularity has gone up so it's not messy water weight. I'm a believer.

Totally man! That’s what I was shooting for when I ran EQ. Some serious dry gains. No bloat type of look. It worked for sure. I wanted more lbs but damn was the entire cycle really clean!

Yeah I dont like bloating or a lot of water. The EQ and Tbol are clean for sure, the Tbol pumps are the for sure the most intense pumps I've ever experienced from any compound hell I'd take Tbol over Sdrol.

Thank you, I can definitely see the clean mass packing fairly quick. The goal was 225 with visble abs but I think I'm going to have to push past that. Aim for getting up into the 230s without adding much if any more fat. I think in the spring or summer I'll do my first true cut to see where my physique is after the gains have stuck around for a few months and are solidified. If I dont do a true cut I might also do a long steady recomp so I can keep my calories at maintenance and not risk losing the muscle I've built. I've done the math roughly based off my Fitbit info across the past almost 2 years and my average calories burnt across 2 years is around 3400 calories per day. This is also ranging from body weights of 205-230, so I think 3400 calories would be a good starting point for a recomp and adjust up or down by 100 calories every couple weeks as needed. Just thinking out loud here haha.

I think it's a combination of the GABA and MK677 before bed but damn did I have the craziest dream last night and it went on for hours. This is good because since supplementing MK and or GABA I get deep restful sleep despite the crazy dreams. Typically I'm a very light sleeper anything can wake me up multiple times throughout the night but now I wake up only once or twice. My 23andMe said I'm genetically prone to not sleeping much so these 2 things help tremendously towards recovery and growth.
Today is a scheduled rest day, I have to make Christmas gifts for my dad and brother and their wife/GF. I'm making knot blankets my brothers will be florescent orange paired with real tree camo and deer since my brother is an avid hunter. My dad's is flannel since that's about all he wears haha paired with thick black fleece. I thought these would be nice practical gifts made by hand so there's sentimental value to them.

Todays motivational material is by far my favorite, I love when a chick looks like a badass female tatted up. And the one with the black Largatha style hair, I'd love to pull on it while getting her from behind.
