Does anyone her have any experience with AFIB. Its something I have delt with for a while in my 20's it would come and go hardly even noticable. Now in my late 30's it is next to impossible for me to get myself past a afib episode. 10 months ago I had a ablation procedure to try and stop episodes from returning. Now I am stuck in afib once again and need to schedule another ablation procedure. If anyone has any experience with this and has any tips or tricks on calming the heart rate would be interested in giving them a try.

Get your thyroid checked.

Breath work, especially slowing down your exhale, will slow down HR.

Check out the work of...
Buteyko
Art of Breath
Brian McKenzie
Patrick McKoewen
