Food-sourced (not synthesized) is what makes them best. If your multi has B-12 as "cyanocobalamin" ... Find another one. If your multi has B12 as "methocobalamin" its gtg.
The important thing to understand with any vitamin supplement is that the synthesized versions are TECHNICALLY vitamins in the form they are sold as in the package... but when they hit the digestive system, they fall apart and do not enter the bloodstream intact.
Food-sourced vitamins remain intact.

Max these are awesome! 11 pills in one pack. I take these 45 minutes b4 work out and 1scoop of no explode pre work out drink. I can be in the gym 1 1/2- 2 hours and feel great. Nice choice Max. I don't like the Animal cuts though.. They make me feel sick or over caffeinated. I think the red pill in the pak I need to discard.

You will still need to add other minerals etc to your diet (potassium, iron, calcium). I like to control my mineral levels so I take those separately. If you get something that has "everything" its convenient, and certainly a good thing but then your kind of stuck with the ratios given in the product. It all depends on how you manage your nutrients. I like the My Kind for what they have in them and then add my other minerals & herbal extracts separately. The bad thing is there are a million products out there... The good thing is that there are a million products out there!

I’m old school. I get some strange pleasure out of going through all the bottles and dropping each supplement into my morning vita cup. But I realize this is really a PITA and it seems half my kitchen is comprised of bottles and tubs. Looks like GNC (except I have good shit).
But after a talk with Dave about vitamin ratios and their synergy, I realize I need to just go back to V-Mineralyze and let the balance come prepacked.
My wife will be happy...my wallet won’t. She likes the Species stuff too and she’s just a normal person.

Speaking of deals in this thread.... if you pay attention to RxMuscle, Species Isolyze frequently goes on sale for nearly $1/serving. That is a smoking deal!

Found these at Sam's club. Rainbow light is the brand. They had the women's and men's. 180ct for $35ish. It has the b12 meth like oak said and some probiotics. Thoughts on these?

I'm on a big bottle of Orange Triad right now. Ehh nothing good nor bad to say about it... it's a multi.

Might pick up that one from Sam's that's posted above. Give me and excuse to go get a hotdog and pizza.
