Ingredients
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 15oz can of pumpkin
3/4 cup of cinnamon chips (can find these with the hersey's chocolate chips)
1/2 cup of water
mix cake mix with can of pumpkin, water and cinnamon chips. stir together. spray pam into your cupcake pan lightly and fill the cups with mix about 3/4 way full. bake on 350 12-15 mins or to taste (I slightly under cook and let stand in pan to preserve moisture)
makes about 16-18
