46 yo.... been a little over 18 months since the end of my last cycle. Just checking in to hear others opinions of what I’m planning and ask a few questions. Goals are equally split among a little lean mass / recomp gains (aiming for about 5-10 lbs gains and down a couple percent bf when all is said and done). and some endurance gains on top. I lift (combination of strength, hypertrophy, and athletic training), Run, and throw in a Crossfit class here and there.

The plan is 300 test e and 600 eq per week for 16 weeks. I know I get estro sides at 500 test alone (early gyno and debilitating shin pumps that keep me from running). And I know I don’t get any of that at 250. So I’m gently upping the test to find the limit where the sides kick in.

Here are my questions:

1. Add in 4 weeks of tbol to kickstart and “get over the hump” of the long eq half life? Or not worth it?
2. Is 16 weeks too long of a cycle at my age?
3. I’m not on TRT...but I’m getting less and less interested in PCT. So far, my natural T levels come back fine after PCT, but the transition feels awful and takes forever. Switch to a cruise dose after this cycle and commit to TRT for the next 40-50 years or however long I’ve got left? Or keep cycling until my natural T levels stop coming back?
4. Start aromasin from the beginning of the cycle, or just have it on hand in case I need it?

Shopping for a new sponsor too since my usual seems to have had some issues recently!

Thanks fellas!

I wouldn’t worry about the Tbol for what you’re wantingto do , at 300mg I wouldn’t mess with aromas in you want gains and not needed at that dose, 16weeks is fine for eq. Personally if your natty levels are fine after you come off I wouldn’t mess with cruising on trt. Your lucky

Have your AI on hand if you have issues at 500mg test, 16 weeks in my book is good I am 57 and run 16 weeks and then I cruise plus in my opinion you need 16 weeks for the EQ... I think you would be better off running Test at 400 and some NPP at 450. I have never been a fan of a Test/EQ only cycle

Why NPP? I worry Nandrolones are even harder to bounce back from. I was torn between eq and primo to be honest....thought the cardio gains would be worth it on eq. What do you not like about test/eq??

I can only comment based on what has worked for me and I get good sold gains from NPP that I keep and have never been a big fan of EQ as a stand alone same for Primo. These are add on to more basic cycles IN MY OPINION you push a lot of oil for little gains ... EQ is over rated IMO... there are a bunch of people out there that will freak out at that statement ….by you need to find compound that work for you...What have your last few cycles been?

Welcome.

1. You can run EQ longer and it usually shines longer, around 20wks. But that’s a long test cycle and EQ cycle at 46yrs old. You might or might not bounce back. I can tell you it will be hard.

2. I would up the test to 500mg. I know you get sides the. Take asin 12.5mg 2x a wk.

3. That’s up to you. If your good then be good. If you want to be on TRT then do it. That’s a personal decisions but don’t do it just because you hate PCTs.

4. You won’t need to much asin with this cycle, use as needed.

You might do better with a Test, NPP, Mast E cycle and then toward the end, last 6wks hit Tbol.

IMO, Tbol is better at the end to tighten up. Sdrol, dbol etc will kick things off.

1. Add in 4 weeks of tbol to kickstart and “get over the hump” of the long eq half life? Or not worth it?

A: Definitely worth it if money is not an issue. Tbol is very mild as far as sides. You might push it to 5-6 weeks if you're kick-starting EQ. 40-60mg will work.

2. Is 16 weeks too long of a cycle at my age?

A: it's all about how your health holds up, and how you feel, etc. Age alone is not a reason to not run longer cycles. EQ thickens the blood, increasing blood pressure, and older age can make you more prone to those sides.

A: If you're trying to preserve you natural T levels you shouldn't use gear at all. Every cycle you do will take you further from your ability to produce T. Your best bet to have a smoother post cycle transition is to run HCG throughout the cycle. TRT is the ultimate way to go IMO.

4. Start aromasin from the beginning of the cycle, or just have it on hand in case I need it?

A: I would start HCG from the beginning of the cycle. I would hold of on the AI until you absolutely need it.
