I just had one following my 50th birthday. Scan showed zero calcium deposits, which I’m pretty pleased about.

Zero.

I eat what is generally considered a very heart-unfriendly diet, e.g., high fat and high protein. Also been blasting and cruising for about a decade.

Definitely nice! Keep up that diet. Your doing something right don't fix it.
