Hey, guys. I've been doing cycles on and off for 15 years. So, I'm no newbie. But, I just did 5 weeks of superdrol (1st time) @ 20, then 30 mg/day. That was a month ago and my liver is still a little sore. Not terrible or constant,
but definitely noticeable like a toothache coming on.
Obviously, I don't want to see a doctor about this until I NEED to. But, I definitely don't want to do any more orals until I'm confident this is cleared up.
Any suggestions from the real pros for something to try at home that helps my ailing liver before deciding to see the doc other than time?

Thanks in advance

Organs hurting? Hmmm. Knowing the neurology of organs it’s tough for you to feel them based on their sensory nerve pathways. Usually the pain is felt through a muscle as they share sensory pathways with them.

But if an organ is in bad shape yes you would know it. Keep in mind hat age could be somatoemotional. I know guys that take it for 8wks no issues.

But if you didn’t take NAC and TUDCA, that’s your own fault.

I would start with taking them ASAP!

NAC 1000mg
TUDCA 250mg 2x a day

Even better...
100mg glutathione inject ED for 2wks then EOD for 2 wks

Then stop that and add in MIC supplement for 30 days.

You will be fine but, definitely do some labs and see MD.

I've had heard Milk Thistle is a must, also Turmeric. Are they not suitable for liver detox?

As bear mentioned, injectable glutathione. Lipitropes can also help.

How do you know it's your liver that is sore/achy? Is it swollen and tender to palpation?
