I found these 10 ml vials of sterile water at a good price, would it be alright to get them with a 20 ml vail of Benzyl alcohol; just pull 10 iu from the ba vail then inject that in the sterile vail “ with no syringe filter?

Yup. Order some syringe filters off amazon .22 and then just filter a big batch and bottle it. Easy and cheap.
