GNC has a liver detox supplement with a handful of antioxidants, and milk thistle. Okay... So, this may sound crazy... But, it is medically backed and the old school guys swear by it. I have used way too many orals in my life and abused way too many liver killing agents to have a healthy liver. And, I do. So here goes.... During your active oral usage, take NAC, Milk Thistle, l-gluathione. (Liv52 is good and 5 percents is good and includes stuff for other organs as well, more importantly it contains both NAC and l-gluathione. Post oral, one month of inositol, l-methionine, and choline. It will reduce fatty liver. And, if liver enzymes get real bad. I've l-gluathione cycle..... This is one thing I don't mess with, I had hep c at one point, did the treatment and cleared it, but, it is always in the back of my head.... Doc checks mine before I use oral, half way through, upon completion, and a month post.... My two cents....

I take Liver Cleanse by Arazo Nutrition (Amazon) and Choline Inositol 1,000mgs by Horbaach (amazon), For my heart 200 mgs Co-Q10, Kirkland Wild Alaskan Salmon Fish Oil, along with oderless Garlic 1500 mgs by NatureLife Labs (Amazon) and half a regular aspirin every night. (buy a pill splitter for like $5.00 on amazon). And Yeah I almost forgot I do take a shot or two of Scotch whisky, most nights- sometimes a glass or two of red wine. Good for thinning the blood and relaxing me.

I use 5% Liver & Organ and the VitaDirect Tudca I posted earlier in this thread on every cycle.

Basic Protocol is...
Oral AAS (When I wake up)
(4) 5% Caps (4-5hrs after AM orals)
Oral AAS (4-5hrs after Liver Sups)
(4) 5% Caps +(1) Tudca (Bedtime)

Holy smokes 750mg caps......that's one hell of a single dose. I run 500 ED. I like the Nutricost brand for all 3 I use. Tudca 250, NAC 600 & Milk Thistle (I forget).

Nutricost is a good one and they have the raw powder as well. If someone uses a shake in the am , they can get the raw powder super cheap and just add it to their shake.
