You’re correct. I run Exodus for my private wallet, and use cashapp to purchase it. Transfer it to Exodus and then to my seller.

They may have shut you down if you were sending sponsors directly from coinbase. Need to transfer to blockchain wallet first. I’m doing cash app to blockchain now...super easy
