I wanted to start a log. Show people who I am and what I'm about. I'm new to PEDs, but I'm not new to the life. Former Powerlifter trying to get back at it after a long term injury. It's been. Long journey back and I'm mostly healthy. I've been cleared by the doctors for since 2016.

I was on my back for 2 years before I came back. I competed at 264. When I got back to the gym I was 337. It seemed no matter what i did couldn't shed weight. Went to a doctor figured out i had low T. Heard when you go into longterm injury it can tank your test along with just getting fat and bad life style. I was stong but could get smaller.

Chose UGL instead of the doctor to save money and here I am. Made bad decisions in past but i wont repeat. My first cycle was a but unruly..bumped my head a bunch. But came out 45lbs smaller and way stronger.

I'm working with someone guiding me through the PEDs and he designed my training plan. we chose this route. If it were up to me I'd be a permabulker. But he was like dude we need to get that BF% lower. Soagreed. I want to step back on the platform in a year hopefully.

Goals

Retain the bit of muscle I've put on.

Come down to 260lbs

Work on some muscle imbalances

Stay healthy

Diet/Macros

3000 calories

420gm protein

280gm carbs

90gm fats

No simple sugars or added fats.

Supps

400mg Test-P

500mg NPP

400mg Mast P

50mg proviron a day

30mg Cialis EOD

50mg P5P at bed

5% Liver and Organ Defender

5gm Omegas

UNIVITE MULTI

.25mg Adex EOD as needed

No PWO.

I will run this 11 weeks. Did not front load

Then 10 weeks

Then Will PCT.

Mon- Chest, Tris, Front/Side delts

Tue- Back, Bis, Rear/Side delta

Wed-Legs Core

Thur-Chest, Tris, Front/Side delts

OFF SAT SUN

45 min cardio every day but Legs

High reps. Extremely high reps. Twice the volume I'm accustomed to.

Will probably use Sun as fasted cardio and core stability work.

After this I will run a Strength Block.

Why you pinning ED? I know some guys say well it helps with e2 etc etc.

Anyways just curious. I know Mast P and Test P could be EOD, and you would add the NPP to that and do EOD vs ED. Just curious. Shit gets old ED even with slin pins.

Yes and I know some guys will say ED because of e2 etc, but IMO, and that’s all it is, you can pin prop and mast P EOD and you will live. NPP you can do the same or just MWF and you will be fine. But that’s my 2c.

Your a big guy so physiologically it’s harder to keep e2 in check. Some guys just aromatize more than others.

Your a big guy so physiologically it’s harder to keep e2 in check. Some guys just aromatize more than others.I've been able to keep it in check pretty well. I'm sure I'm just overplaying it. Since I'm not running Caber and using P5P, i just wanted to do everything I could to manage levels.

I'm sure I'm exaggerating but figured it wouldnt hurt. Fortunately I've finaly learned to pin my VG without cramping. So maybe in the future I can use larger doses less often

Today was Supposed to be Back/Bis/rear felt

Again heavy heavy volume for me

Bent over barbell rows

I use a cambered bar here let's me get 6 more inches on the pull. Its great if your a bigger guy. More contraction.

Wide grip pull up assisted for now
1 set of 12 then sets of 8. These are hard for me. These give my shoulder a problem. It's hard to volume on these. It doesnt seem to matter what weight I put the assistance on

Leggs,

I had a very extensive leg workout planned out. It just didnt go the way it was supposed to. I'm one of the few that enjoys training legs. But the extra work on my back and the high volume bench left my lower back angry. I'm gonna have to do some tweaking and move my leg day around.

I hit my protein goals, but went over on my carbs and cals by about 50 carbs and 400 calories. I needed to spend some time with my daughter and before I knew it It was 10pm and I was short 150 protein, so i started eating tonight my protein. I'll plan better

I'm beat. I may need to dial the intensity back on my 1st heavy compound movement. I'm not used to this volume. When I finished my last set of bench press I had no reps left in the tank. Absolutely none. I feel that may have impacted my incline press.

On a side note I bought 22lbs of protein from MyProtein for 94 bucks. Great deal. As I sit on the toilet I remember I'm lactose sensitive. Its the whole reason I drink FairLife Milk. How could I forget that when buying 22lbs of protein. This will.hurt.

So while I'm over on my calories. It seems to just be protein. I feel like the app I used may have over stated some of the calories. But one thing is a fact I'm only over protein caloriwa under on carbs and fats so it cant be too bad.

So I pinned my usual mixture today. If you aren't sure what it is look up at the top you'll see. It's been almost 6 days since my first injection. I didnt frontload or anything. Just went into it. I have to say today, I started to notice a bit of sense of well being. Still a bit early to tell for sure. But I feel my levels are rising. No raging libido or anything, just a general sense of wellness. I noticed the workout went well and cardio didnt kill me.

I find it may be boring for me telling you guys what I eat. I'm just going to calculate my macros at the end of the day. Say where I came short and what I need to change. I'll continue to post workouts. And How I'm feeling. It's still a bit to early To "feel" the supplements at work. But I want to say I feel it ramping up. Had nothing on my docket to workout today. Then had to go. Originally when I started this I was supposed tobworkour 2.5 hrs 5 days a week. Finding it hard. So I've dialed it back a bit and go every day. I've taken exercises I miss and do them on my off days. I've picked up cardio and it's getting easier.

So I need to work on my diet a bit more. I'm coming close to my assigned macros and dont fo too far over. And its usualy only protein when I go over or a little fat. Almost never hit my carbs.

On that note. I have put on 12lbs in one week and this was supposed to be a cut. I know for sure I'm not retaining water or bloated. So this week I'm gonna hit my macros exactly and get my calories in before 8pm except my.last Greek yogurt or protein shake and see what happens. But I'm not unhappy with how I look. I cant believe i packed in 12lbs. Ive never done more then 300 over on my calories except for one time I went to 4000, but went over 100 on protein and shorted carbs

These are photos from today. Exactly 1 week from the last fairly vascular for 307lbs,maybe that NPP is kicking in???

MaxYep I got that one already, I made the mistake of getting the impact whey. Got 22lbs for 94 bucks

But a scoop is
100 cal
1.5 fat
3 carb
18 pro.

So I think isolate may be the better choice. Have to grab it next time.

It's been a few days since I posted. I've continued to pin as usual every day. Been very good on hitting my macros. My city's gyms have finaly closed..restaurants closed. Many other things. I have some implements that I have at home and I'm seeing what I can do to get major work done while staying healthy. The bar is a little bent. So it's been a little fun finding how the bar wont spin in my hands. I cant back squat I had been using belt squat for a while. Only left work I can get in are stiff legg deads and, goblets with 45lb dumbell and walking lunges. Which I have to be careful since I'm outside on uneven grass. Can do just about everything upper body related. So I'm going to take a couple days and consider of I can get enough work in to justify staying on cycle

On a side note all the gear seems to be kicking on. I cant weigh myself yet but I'm positive I'm losing weight. Muscles look full. I'm as vascular as.one can be at my size. Cant monitor strength too well because my setup is different. I'm waking up in the middle of the night starving, then I have to eat to go back to sleep. It's been a few days since I posted. I've continued to pin as usual every day. Been very good on hitting my macros. My city's gyms have finaly closed..restaurants closed. Many other things. I have some implements that I have at home and I'm seeing what I can do to get major work done while staying healthy. The bar is a little bent. So it's been a little fun finding how the bar wont spin in my hands. I cant back squat I had been using belt squat for a while. Only left work I can get in are stiff legg deads and, goblets with 45lb dumbell and walking lunges. Which I have to be careful since I'm outside on uneven grass. Can do just about everything upper body related. So I'm going to take a couple days and consider of I can get enough work in to justify staying on cycle

On a side note all the gear seems to be kicking on. I cant weigh myself yet but I'm positive I'm losing weight. Muscles look full. I'm as vascular as.one can be at my size. Cant monitor strength too well because my setup is different. I'm waking up in the middle of the night starving, then I have to eat to go back to sleep. Pinning as Usual. Still getting some pretty decent action in under the bar. Theres nowhere for me to go where I can weight myself but I'm sure I'm leaning out.

Do to my decrease in cardio and activity outside the gym. I've reduced my carbs to try and stave off getting fat. Went from 280 carbs or sundown to 200. Timing around the workouts. Gonna give some heads up couple times a weeks. I was thinking of upping my test. But I dont think I will now with the gyms being closed. Not worth it.

Everyday is basically the same. I've gotten in a good rythm

A.M. whey shake

2 cups skim fairlife

2 scoops whey

1 cup egg whites

3 Xl eggs.

If it's a lower activity day this will be it

If it's a heavy weight day I have 1 cup rice.

Lunch Shake

2 cups Skim Failife

3 scoops whey

8-10 ounce chicken breast

1 cup Jasmine rice

8-10 ounce chicken breast

1 cup Jasimine rice

I'm leaving room in here for Greek yogurt, a peice of fruit, PB honey on whole grains.
