I was wondering what options are out there for me and my body type ... I want to lose weight and then bulk up ... I have been working out for about 8 months and I have seen very little results.. I diet everyday and I can’t seem to slim down any ... HELP!!!!!

Well since we know who you are and have seen tons of pics of you.....

Why don’t you start with stats?
How long you been working out?
Cycle history?
Maybe some body pics etc?

I weigh 250
work out at least 5x a week
Working out for past 8 months

Keto just not cutting carbs out 100% though ...

I hope that just because you are doing keto, you don't use it as an excuse to eat as much fat and whatever type of fat as you want. I think you will find you are still eating too much. That is pretty obvious since you aren't losing weight. Carbs aren't the enemy. Over eating and wrong food choices are

Without letting us know what food and drink your consuming its hard to help you
Fasted cardio then wait an additional hour before breakfast helped me

No more than 1000 and around 50 carb intake

If you're not losing weight on that, then something is wrong.

What I've noticed on myself is that if I starve myself, I really don't have much progress. It's more about getting my metabolism ramped up and efficient. I even can eat a bunch of carbs if they are timed right. Maybe it's time to switch up the diet.
