One of the best powerlifting vids I've seen to date. Really points out well how so many folks out there just don't know what the powerlifting sport entails.

I bought a cage. Can do more things and safer than the rack. But is all taste!!! For sure the Video make you go at it all the time!!! Good stuff!



Oh yea that video makes people want to lift.I need to buy a good squat rack badly.!

Yeah thats basically what I was talking about. Do you have any suggestions on a good power rack (cage) and place to purchase one.?

^^^^^A lot of places online. Including eBay and Craigslist.^^^^There are not expensive.

i got a power cage on craigslist for 300! with all the trimmings, for a sturdy cage you can spend over a grand so I was quite happy with that deal
